🚨 Worst customer service ever! I’ve sent over 30 messages, and they keep ignoring me. They just made another unauthorized charge, and their so-called “support” is nothing but automated responses saying they will escalate my case—only to ignore it again. This company is a joke!

I have been a loyal customer of Toky since 2016, relying on their service for seamless communication in my business operations. However, a recent incident has significantly tarnished my perception of the company, compelling me to share my experience with others.
In a shocking billing discrepancy, Toky charged us $166.99 for a mere 10-minute call to a toll-free UK number. This rate was an exorbitant $15.18 per minute, starkly contrasting the advertised rate of $0.002 per minute on their website. To put this into perspective, the charge was over 7500 times higher than expected. This alarming overcharge not only caused financial distress but also raised serious questions about Toky's billing transparency and integrity.
Seeking resolution, I encountered a series of disappointments with Toky's customer service. Initially, the customer service agent incorrectly attributed the negative balance to “multiple long-duration calls,” blatantly overlooking the fact that this significant charge was due to a single call. Despite my efforts to clarify the issue, the responses I received were evasive and unhelpful. It was only after presenting concrete evidence from the Toky report that the agent escalated the issue internally—a step that should have been immediate.
Furthermore, the justification that the call was charged at a premium rate due to its prefix (44800) directly contradicted the pricing information publicly available on Toky's website. The agent's claim of outdated website information regarding call charges was not only unconvincing but also indicative of a lack of transparency and accountability from Toky.
The financial repercussions of this incident were severe. The incorrect charge led to a negative balance in my account, rendering me unable to use Toky's services and hindering my business operations. Attempts to rectify the situation and clear the negative balance were futile, adding to the frustration and inconvenience.
Having been a customer since 2016, I am profoundly disappointed by this experience. The discrepancy in billing, coupled with the inadequate and dismissive customer service, reflects poorly on Toky's commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. It is disheartening to see a trusted provider falter so significantly, and I urge potential customers to be wary of these issues.
I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be cautious and Toky will take immediate steps to address these serious concerns, restoring trust in their services and ensuring that such incidents do not recur.

So I would certainly be very hesitant to do business with Toky. I would assume the support is not 1st class if you can't even reach someone from sales, whatever you try. We signed up with Cloudtalk instead and are quite happy with it so far. And hey - they respond!

Great VoIP alternative for Telephone Surveys
We worked with a couple of other VoIP alternatives during the pandemic, but Toky turned out to be the most reliable one, and even cheaper than some alternatives (since they don't charge unless someone picks up). Overall great. The API is a bit better that other as well, but the customer service chat is kind of hard to find some times.

We switched our conventional lines to Toky a month ago and the service is fantastic. The support of our agent is very attentive, they help you throughout the process, they give you support for anything you want to do and you can communicate in Spanish.
I think that any integration that TOKY has in the future will be good, and that the interactions they have now are fantastic. We are really very happy.
My overall experience is very satisfactory, to name a few! maybe the sound quality is sometimes a little lower. But I understand that it will depend on mobile coverage, so I don't blame it on Toky. The rest is very good service and at a very good price. The support (Arjan) is impeccable and is always attending to changes that we have needed. Highly recommended!
