Same as others.what good are shoe cover replacement without machine? received similar response. What? You orders the covers only and need to order the machine. Ha ha I looked at the ad, in no way does it imply a machines is not included. No refund... great lesson

Complete scam. I ordered automatic shoe cover machine in April and never the received the item. They finally sent me very cheap plastic shoe covers in August without the actual machine.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ORDERED SHOE BOXES IN JUNE THAT CAME IN AUGUST AND THE PRODUCT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT WAS ON THE WEBSITE IT WAS DISGUSTING AND A DISGRACE! I PAID $223 AND THEY WANTED TO SEND ME $10. $10 IS PROBABLY HOW MUCH THE ITEM ACTUALLY COST. I AM FIGHTING THROUGH PAYPAL DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They advertise as they are in NY. Don't buy from them. I ordered the SHOE COVER MACHINE and I only got the shoe covers. Same excuse as everybody is getting. They said "I just order the shoe cover". I sent an email with a copy of my order, and they answered back, its just the shoe cover. I waited for two months.

I ordered an automatic shoe covering system and received a very cheap disposable cloth glove. It looks like these people are on multiple websites also. I asked for my money back and they told me my order was correct. It took 5 months to receive my order. Before it shipped I asked for my money back and they said it is shipping. Not a great place to buy from at all.

This site is totally a rip off. All they do is false advertisement. I ordered the 1/6 scale super rock rey for $66.98 and only will refund me up to $13. I have emailed them over 150 times and they finally told me that they don't even carry that car at all. They sent me a $20 car that you can go to Walmart and buy. This site needs to be taken down before they steal from anybody else.

I gave this company 4 stars because they were good at communicating back to me. I ordered a PS4 remote and after a couple months of waiting it did eventually come and I am happy with it. The American flag on their site doesn't make much sense the product as well as the seller is definitely in Asia somewhere.

Customer service s--ks, and i would also they are scamming people. i ordered a 40 volt Dolins power washer, and i received a 12 volt Guan power washer. trying to send back but cant get info from them, they wanted to offer a lousy $2 refund because i wasnt satisfied with my order, i just want what i ordered.

Same as everyone else - ordered something high-end and received cheap junk. Filed case with PayPal and was denied. Just filed with BBB.

I’m stuck with bags and ZERO shoe cover machine even though my order specifically shows machine WITH covers. I contacted them twice via email and each time they said “sorry you only ordered the covers”. I sent them a screenshot of my order specifying machine and covers and they still stated it was just the covers. Was at my wits end, didn’t know what to do until I read these reviews. I too will dispute the charges with my credit card company. I’m stuck with 4 bags of junk shoe covers, 🤦‍♀️

Totally junk. I ordered the super rock rey also and got junk and the same email response. Total scam site. Won't refund or allow me to return it.

Wouldnt even give one star due to product delivered was not even close to what was described. I purchased an RC car and it was described to be way bigger and pretty durable. The product that was delivered is nowhere near the size or quality described. Will never trust to buy from again. As soon as I received the RC car I contacted TofuGaga though email and their response was not professional and pretty much told me shipping was going to be expensive to ship back and they would give me $8 back to resolve the issue and if i didnt like the product i could just give it away or give it as a gift.

I ordered a shoe cover dispenser with 100 shoe covers for $54.99 and an additional 200 shoe covers for $15.09. I did not realize the items were coming directly from China and they would take over 1 month. I would have been okay with that. BUT when they did arrive the dispenser didn't work and all instructions were in Chinese. After a youtube video and amazon photos of similar products, I realized it did not work because each shoe cover should have been larger, not 2" too small on all four sides AND it should have had four clips to hold it to the corners. I never received the additional 200 shoe covers I ordered. I have been trying to get them to just send me the correct shoe covers and they simply want to credit me pennies on the dollar. The first email said a credit of $1.50 and the next email wants to credit me $5. This is basically a brick for $74.09 without the correct shoe covers. So now I am using Google translate to write the email in Chinese as well as my English. I expect I will just have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Do not use them. If you want the product, find it somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Adversided one thing, shipped another. Thankfully paypal refunded me.

I'd give this company zero stars if possible. They misrepresent the products they sell, then ask for more money to get what the consumer THOUGHT they were originally ordering. I initially ordered a shoe cover machine from TofuGaga. They sent me some shoe covers for the machine, but never sent the machine and told me it would cost an additional $50. They also told me to "check their listing", as if I MISREAD the product description. My receipt said I purchased an "Automatic Shoe Cover Machine with 100pcs shoe cover". DO NOT buy from this company, the WILL take advantage of you.

I ordered a shoe cover machine that automatically covers your shoes when you stick your foot in it. I received four packs of shoe covers and no machine. My receipt even says shoe cover machine and when I tried to contact them they said I only ordered the covers and not the machine. What a Scam . They are misleading .

Like everyone else here, I have a similar story. I bought the rc car for my son's birthday for $67. The seller is a scammer, and paypal is complicit. I went through paypal's dispute process which is a complete sham. Consider alternative methods to get your refunds.

Their product information is misleading, I received a partial order more than a month later and I can't even use it, waste of money
