I ordered a giant seal plushie on Monday evening and three days later , it arrived! It really made my day! Arrived in great condition. Would 100% reccomend!

Its a legit store but the level of disappointment I have over how they take care of their plushies.... I ordered three things. It came in a banged up box with a small bit of pink tissue paper on the bottom and the three items thrown in.

I'm in Australia, so by the time the plushies got to me. The biggest one was all scratched up
...you know those scratches that don't come out of the material because they are perma. Like it's scar faced! It's SO hard to even do that but they managed! I tried to return it but they said no.

Anyway i wouldn't recommend buying specifically plushies from them.

They either sold me a damaged plushie or it got damaged via their poor postage. Idk which.

Tofu invoicing was used by scammers to help build credibility. The invoicing company appears to take not action and allows this kind of activity to continue and as a customer receiving invoices there is no stopping of said accounts.
Do not trust invoices coming from tofu.com.

Speedy delivery and good communication.

The items I ordered were good qauility and as described. It was a birthday present for my daughter who was very happy with her gifts . I also opted for Tofu Cute to gift wrap my order with a hand written tag , it was beautifully done. Very happy and would highly recommend to others. In fact I will be ordering from them again in the near future as daughter has picked out a few other items that she would like.

Placed an order on a Sunday night, items arrived on the Wednesday. Super fast delivery. Also the cheapest place I could buy the item I wanted... And was significantly cheaper than any other company I could find, and came in actual authentic Japanese packaging. I'm so impressed with this company. I will most definitely be ordering again.

I love this company!! I have bought from here many times although this order was my first in a while. The quality is excellent, the speed is fantastic and just such a great company to buy from. My daughter loves the miniatures and they never disappoint!;

Getting a free mystery giant plush with my purchase was super exciting! Made opening my parcel like getting a Christmas gift. :) The site itself is super adorable, as is the membership program, with lots of fun ways to earn points. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I dont understand why they sell japanese pokemon cards at inflated scalper prices, (currently at but previously was more than) £6.99 when every other seller never goes above £3, it was even worse when they were first introduced, really disappointed you would stoop so low as to squeeze money out of young girls by selling packs at sometimes 7x not only retail price but importer price. You can buy an entire box (30 packs) for the price of 10 of their packs everywhere else. Have been buying from here for years, not sure what changed

I recently ordered a bunch of cat-related gacha figures from Tofu Cute as a bit of retail therapy after losing my beloved cat earlier this year. I asked if it were possible to get the black cats from the sets I ordered one of, thinking it was unlikely with gacha figures but worth a shot. Tofu Cute went above and beyond and I received the black cat from each set I ordered. I'm so grateful for their kindness and their willingness to help even without knowing the situation. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, everything is ALWAYS packaged carefully and when you choose rement boxes that aren't the full set they ALWAYS make sure it's random and fun! The shipping is fast and great. Never had any issues!
