It is not clear how much time is between daily task and feelings are best shared at end of the day. 10 minute attack on a task is a daily assignment.

Good, but too expensive, really slow
I used the Today is the day app for the past 10 days. It is really slow we can only do a part of a lesson each day “identify a situation when you procrastinate” Tommorow, say how you felt, the day after, what you did, the day after … most of the informations I already found elsewhere. I send an email but only got an automatic answer. I find the cost too expensive for what we really get, I had higher expectations from the presentations and “publicity”. Interesting but can be better. I really appreciate there is French available and good quality.

It's been a very good start.
This was only the beginning, the first look at the course. I was impressed with how the information &questions flowed, there was no rush, I could write my parts in my own time. It was very easygoing.
