I have learned a lot about myself during this experience. The application of this program has shown me my personal issues with procrastionation and excues I made/make. It has motivated me to keep going in my goal of decluttering and organizing what is left. I find myself doing more than the 15 minutes a day to work on it. Sometimes 3X times as long which is great as I am disabled and I needed more motivation. I feel better about my progress even tho I have a ways to go.

I had immediate credit-card fraud (a sudden additional $141 posted right-after my initial $31 payment). Thank goodness, my credit card carrier recognized the fraud (because they're monitoring TITD for fraud complaints!) and notified me right away. Such a letdown -- I'd looked forward to the content. But now, I wouldn't touch it!

The lessons are clear, concise, short, and easy to process and apply. When you deal with procrastination and get overwhelmed easily, this is an ideal format for a program designed to help people overcome said procrastination and overwhelm!

This app totally was not worth the money I spent on it! It takes more time to read all the info than it does to implement any new habit! What's the point? NOT recommended!

The experience is simple and meaningful. Small steps lead to big results!

At 58, I am finally learning how to use my strengths and not feel so bad about myself. It has taught me to accomplish small things first to get to the big goal and feel proud while doing it! Lifechanging.

I rate them zero - this app is a scam selling you a “test” for $19.99 and then the check out process is the scam, you can’t exit out without hundreds of dollars of add-ons (they hide the button at bottom right so you can’t find on mobile screen) There is no review for the check out process and they already have your credit card so are screwed. I contacted within 4 minutes of this happening and they refuse to refund my money! Just cancel something I didn’t want, was manipulated by their checkout design and contacted them
Immediately and refused payment. They then sent me an AI response that their policy was 11 days to refund and it had only been 24 hours. This is a complete scam and reviews are buried.

As I am only on Day 3, the most significant change has been reading that I am not alone on this journey

I was charged not only for the subscription £23.51, but coaching that was just added without even having a choice (£134), and the AI companion (£44.67) which I did want but as the price wasn't stated, I assumed it was free. Unfortunately I could not get any money back as I was supposed to try for 7 days (in which country are those terms even legal?) but actually I was not interested in coaching, and I certainly after being scammed like this did not want to engage with the platform. Appalling experience and a scam through and through. This was not an upsell as they claimed but taking money off my account without permission. I'd call that a theft.

This process REALLY WORKS! I love the fact that it’s micro learning, a bit each day. So much good content, will definitely extend my subscription!

If I am honest I wouldn't give them one star.
I signed up a month ago paying 68.18 as I also paid for the AI companion. I found both of no help at all and didn't use it beyond the first day. I should have asked for a refund but I put it down to a bad experience.
However, this week they have charged me approximately £115 fo a second subscription. At no time when I signed up did it say subscription and as far as I was concerned it was a one off. My invoice clearly states I am being charged for " 1 month plan". Nor was I notified of any price increase, which you would expect if I was subscribing. ( Their website actually states you can choose one month, three months or 6 months but I don't recall that when paying and wouldn't have requested more than a month.)
I immediately got in touch and asked for a refund. They said you can only get a refund within the first 11 days of signing up. Their email and website say "Money back guarantee".
I have complained to Facebook but they didn't advertise under their Uk name so they are looking under their USA name Moonway LLC.
The product is useless in my opinion but their customer service is non-existent and I feel it is just a modern day tech scam.
I am still trying to get a refund.

Unethical upselling . Purchased a £33 plan and had £134 and £44 added straight away and taken literally a minute after the initial purchase. Still trying to get my money back for the additional £178…. But, keep being told that I MUST try for 7 consecutive days, despite the flaw I. The argument being that my plan was for £33.40! I am a retiree living on reduced income….that was the point of the initial purchase.

It is thought provoking and paying for it exerts at least some pressure to take advantage of what it can do for reinforcing one's desire to bring about change.

Great information given in small increments keeps it from getting overwhelming. Doable challenges.

Still NO HUMAN to speak to or correspond. The refund policy requires proof of use for a week, but if you can't access the program, they know you can't do that!! Although I didn't get a refund, once my emails requesting such were sent, this triggered multiple charges on my card. I am working with my bank to get the monies back but was suggested to contact the Better Business Bureau in addition to this.

Constant glitches in the app. No way to navigate between days. Then I was billed for a subscription renewal WHEN I HAD SPECIFIED A ONE MONTH TRIAL. I NEVER AUTHORIZED A RENEWAL. AVOID THIS APP.

Well for one thing any company that FORCES their clientele to use their product for a period of time before they will allow them to cancel and issue their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE even if it was only and HOUR since they placed the order and it was UNINTENTIONAL and because their company ADDED PRODUCTS to your order that you did not order or were not able to read the MICROSCOPIC print fast enough or enlarge it enough to see that they had placed a check mark in a box UNBEKNOWNST to you BUYER BEWARE you can either FIGHT them on PRINCIPAL which is the NOBLE thing to do if you are teaching your children right and wrong or you can flush about $75 down the drain which is exactly what they are banking on! I will report these FRAUDSTERS to every single agency I can until they STOP their deceptive practices. They are a CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE just read the other reviews! I was purchasing this for my grandaughter, they have NO SENSE OF DECENCY NONE AT ALL, THEY ARE VIPERS! They will be made known as such by me for exactly my experience. I tried to reason with them, they said NO! You must complete 7 steps of our program before you are allowed to cancel, now from what I have experienced so far do you think for one minute I would let my grandaughter anywhere near you people??? Absolutely NOT!
