Awareness is key

The material loops back to macro ideas then reviews the information in micro bits and gives great examples that you may have thought before to change your inner dialogue in a healthy gentle way. The program does not allow you to go back which is the only thing that annoys me,

A Mixed Bag

The exercise tips and lessons I have found useful and relevant. I find reflecting on the day has given me insight into how I'm feeling and what consistently shows up as helpful and non helpful'
I have found the company unresponsive to requests for help with IT as I was unable to access the program from 9 June until July8, with no response to emails. Each email said if you contact us again you go to the bottom of the queue. Money was taken for another course without me understanding what is was for.

Good, but too expensive, really slow

I used the Today is the day app for the past 10 days. It is really slow we can only do a part of a lesson each day “identify a situation when you procrastinate” Tommorow, say how you felt, the day after, what you did, the day after … most of the informations I already found elsewhere. I send an email but only got an automatic answer. I find the cost too expensive for what we really get, I had higher expectations from the presentations and “publicity”. Interesting but can be better. I really appreciate there is French available and good quality.

Learning from this program.

I just started this today so I couldn’t give it much of a review but I really think it’s organized in a way that I will learn from it and hopefully it will help develop me into a more satisfied and productive person.

It's been a very good start.

This was only the beginning, the first look at the course. I was impressed with how the information &questions flowed, there was no rush, I could write my parts in my own time. It was very easygoing.

Lessons and Needs

I find the lessons to be easy enough to finish but comprehensive enough to make me feel my needs are being recognized and given importance.
