Swop

Everything was ok but things out of stock were replaced with box of hard jelly sweets.
Didn’t order anything like them so disappointed

A treasure trove of goodies. Chocolates and soft drinks- perfect for the kids or mixers.
Ordering is easy and delivery - free if you spend over £10 is fantastic.

Not to bad but can have things missing…

Not to bad but can have things missing or some items say 3 for 99p but then charge 1.20 so a little confused

I've just looked at your order, if anything is missing and you haven't been refunded for it please call 0121 2743916 to alert us or send us a message so we can resolve the issue for you.
I've looked into your order , number 5001. You haven't been charged £1.20 for anything that was 3 for 99p. If you look at your order summary you will see that 21p discount has been applied to your sub total, this was taken of because you purchased 3 items that was in the 3 for 99p deal.

Amazing deals, poor customer service

Toby's treats is a great store with amazing deals and I have made many purchases from them but unfortunately on this occasion the customer service was not so great. There were items missing from my order costing almost £6 and I have contacted them through Facebook and via email and had no reply. It has now been a week.

[Edit] Issue has now been resolved. Am grateful to Sam at Toby's treats for his help with this matter.
