Excellent company!
I ordered the Kula Shaker bundle of Wormslayer Bonus CD, The official Wormslayer Signed CD and the
Signed Smokey Purple & Blue Marble Vinyl from this company. A quick and easy purchasing process and an equally fast dispatch time too. The bundle arrived very quickly and it was expertly packed too. Nothing but praise for Townsend Music. I will definitely purchase through them again.

i placed an order excited for a vinyl i wanted for a while. only to have my order cancelled a couple days later because they now have no stock. i should not have been able to place the order, pay just for it to end up being cancelled. clearly the website needs some work so that they don’t sell more stock than they have. very disappointing.

We are really sorry to hear these comments, we've looked into this and the product purchased is not held in our offices but ordered in from the supplier on a dropship service, as such, at point of purchase you were advised to allow up to 7 days for dispatch. When you placed your order, this automatically placed an order with the supplier to provide the stock to us, and they let us know this is no longer available, so we took immediate action to update the product status on our website and issued a refund.
These actions were taken at 7:52am, you placed your order after business hours (at 5:47pm) the previous day. Contrary to the details in your review on the timeline of events, this was under 1 business hour, showing that we do try our best to ensure a speedy service.
We always want to ensure we are providing a high level of service to our customers, and any time something doesn't go to plan, we want to put things right immediately.
Our Head of Customer Service has reached out to you by email on 3 occasions to offer assistance, but is yet to receive a reply from you.
Please reach out to our Customer Service Team should you require any further assistance.

Vinyl cover damaged upon reception
I ordred the Kylie Minogue Tension Tour DL vinyl.
I was so happy to receive it to realise that the edge of the cover is damaged.
I was SO upset ! it is this kind of sneaky damage. I could not find anyway of contacting them. For damaged items, they request them to be sent to be reassessed. Australia UK will take ages to be shipped and re-shipped.
I am so annoyed. Anyone has a direct e-mail to their customer service ?
