Worst website ever. I made my application paid over 1000pounds and can't book biometrics appointment since 2 days. A lot of people having the same problems. A lot of slots available but nobody is able to book. Customer service unresponsive. I have sent my complaint to gov website. They should change the company they are working with instead of increasing the application prices as the service they provide is below zero.

After managing to book an appointment it was unexpectedly cancelled. Customer service at Gee Street extremely unhelpful. I want the appointment to be reinstated but nobody was helpful. The appointment was for my daughter application. Her name is Grace Haruna so if you really want to help us please check this details and go back to us as the customer service link you have given is for commercials only so the info is misleading and the one on your website send some generic messages only. The TLS company is so disrespectful to the clients and should be immediately swap for some serious contractor.

I made a settlement application and paid for Super Priority Service. Submitted 6 a.m. this morning but since then I have been struggling to book in for the biometric appointments through TLS contact.
Simply put, whenever I clicked the "Confirm" button after selecting the centre and times lot, the same error message "There was an issue /error with the process etc" appears. I learnt from online that this happens to some other users as well.
Suddenly when I logged back, a "ghost" or incomplete Appointment Confirmation appears but basically no centre and time slot was shown on the Confirmation. To confirm, I hadn't gone through the payment page (SMS fee) nor the document upload stage. This is a glitch.
I tried using different devices over different browsing platform but none was working.
As with others, this is a very critical and time-sensitive matter. I chose Super Priority Service as I have urgent personal matters to handle.
All is stuck now...Left messages to TLS contact but no response yet.
This makes me feel VERY WORRYING and anxious.
Hopefully this can be resolved without delay.

The website still does not allow me to book an appointment and the issue exists. I paid for priority services which aim to get an appointment and then approval come in 5 days. Filled in their customer contact us form and they ask me to wait for 10 days for reply. Ridiculous and worst website ever. My application was not made in this email account so you won't be able to locate my application by searching this email. I've already logged in a customer service form (and no forms copy or number were provided to me) but I'm really frustrated as there is no transparency how to get in touch and make an appointment after paying priority services charges.

My family member registered the account at approximately 00:15, but she has still not received any activation email to confirm her registration. She has checked all folders, including spam and junk folders, and there is nothing there.
As a result, she is unable to access the service, which is extremely frustrating. Many other users have recently reported experiencing the same issue, and the situation does not appear to have improved. In addition, a significant number of people have been facing ongoing problems when trying to book appointments.
Booking an appointment is essential, as we must attend a biometric appointment (fingerprint enrolment) before we can complete the entire ILR application process. This application is subject to strict time limits.
We have already submitted an enquiry via the "Contact Us" section of the company's website, but the automated response states that it may take up to 10 working days to receive a reply. This is simply not acceptable given the time-sensitive nature of an ILR application. Applicants cannot reasonably be expected to wait in uncertainty under such pressure.
This situation is causing significant stress and raises serious concerns about the reliability and responsiveness of the service. I urge the company to address these issues as a matter of urgency.

And your system is too many bugs there for example I can't remove my cart item how it's possible? in the cart I keep got a lot error messages.

I arrived 10 minutes ealry for my biometrics appointment at the Edinburgh city office as stated on the email confirmation from TLS. Was told that I was too early and to wait. No sooner had I sat down than I was told not to sit, but to follow the young lady upstairs. When I arrived upstairs, I was the only person there, but I was kept waiting whilst the staff all sat on desks chatting to colleagues. Eventurally I was called forward and was briskly "processed" and told to go over to get my biometrics done. The woman was clearly disgruntled as i must have moved when my photo was being taken and I was chastised and told to stay still whilst she took another photo. I also must not have held my four fingers properly for the scan of my prints, as she again tutted and handed me something as if I should know what to do with it. Apparently, I should have known that I needed to rub my fingers on it and place them back on the scanner.
All in all, a very negative experience was had with disinterested and dismissive staff. Not a great representation of the UK government from a 3rd party organisation.

Waited till mid-night and paid 500 quid for priority service of my settlement last night, just hoped that I could finish the whole progress ASAP. However, TLScontact couldn't do the job right. Nearly 24 hours, the failure is still there too. How come?
It failed to redirect from UKVI website to TLScontact to make biometric appointment and upload the documents. The browser keeps showing either 'whitelabel errors' or freezing in a blank page, it seems TLScontact got problem with the internal server.

Hope I could give zero. Trying 100 times to book an appointment but keep getting blank page and now error page. Keep trying using differen web browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Safari), normal or private, with different devices (laptop/phone) but unable to proceed. I am writing this to warn others about the unacceptable customer experience at the TLScontact center in Tashkent. My recent visit was marked by what I can only describe as "forced upselling" and verbal rudeness.
My appointment was at 16:30, yet I was not seen until 16:45. Despite their own internal delay, the staff—specifically Ravshan R.—informed us that because it was approaching 17:00, we were now required to pay for the Premium Lounge service to proceed. It is outrageous to charge customers for a "premium" service simply because the center failed to stick to its own schedule.
The behavior of the staff was shocking. Ravshan R. was rude and showed zero professional ethics. There was no attempt to help; instead, they were confrontational and dismissive.
This is not just poor customer service; it is a systemic issue where applicants are pressured into paying extra fees.

We currently don’t have any appointment slots available.
No slots are currently available. Please check this page regularly, as new appointments are constantly added.
But then this website makes me more frustrated. I was just clicking on the appointment page and then the page disappeared and I was told that my account was blocked for next 2 hours, because I had logged in multiple times today, even though I was just refreshing the page not logging in again and again, then it logged me out.
How am I supposed to check back for available appointments? When they keep blocking me two two hours?
