The personnel are very nice I was served at counter 1 and everything was explained clearly to me. The environment is welcoming.

Dear TLScontact
Please fix your system ASAP. Don't waste my time. I already paid more 500 pounds for priority fee. I tried more than 100 times for every hours are still shown "No available vancs for this country". I am very disappointed your services. Please follow up.

After registered account in TLS at last Friday, then tried to login and make appointment. However, It show "No available vacs for this country". I paid extra £500 for my ILR. Now you slow down my application! Until now I still can't make an appointment! How long I still need to wait!? Please fix your system ASAP!!!!
Update: Got the reply mail today. They told me they couldn't find my UAN information in TLS system because I didn't create account, and asked me to redirect from the home office application webpage to TLS account create webpage. However, I already done these step at last Friday and received the activation mail. How can I delete my account and recreate a new one!? This error message is showed after I login Tlscontact, so my account have been created.

I am extremely dissatisfied with TLScontact’s handling of the UKVCAS biometric booking process.
After successfully logging in, I am redirected to a workflow/change-location page showing the message “No available vacs for this country”, even though I am applying from within the UK and there are clearly UKVCAS service points operating. The top right of the page still shows “Login”, which makes it obvious that the site is failing to establish the session properly after authentication. In other words, the problem is not that I cannot enter my credentials. The platform appears to accept the login, briefly redirects through the authentication callback, and then breaks.
I have already tried the usual troubleshooting steps. I have retried multiple times, tested different browsers, and even went in person to the Gee Street London service point. Staff there tried to reset my account, and the issue still was not resolved. That is completely unacceptable.
What makes this worse is the overall quality of the service. There is no proper phone support, no meaningful escalation path, and no sense that anybody cares about how applicants are being treated. You are left stuck in a broken system, unable to book an appointment for a critical immigration process, while receiving vague or useless error messages that do not reflect the real issue.
This is not a minor inconvenience. People are dealing with time-sensitive legal and immigration applications, and TLScontact’s platform and customer support are nowhere near the standard required for that responsibility.
At this point, the service feels careless, dysfunctional, and deeply unfair to users who have no real alternative.

Both of our appointments failed — one account showed “No available vacs for this country” immediately after login, while the other displayed “There was an error in processing your request. Please try again later or contact our centre.” We tried everything suggested on online forums — different browsers, different devices, clearing cookies and caches — nothing worked. There is no way to reach this service provider other than a web form sent into the void. I felt immensely disappointed and frustrated. It is clearly a problem on their side, and they really should offer a live chat or a phone number so people can get help when it’s obviously a technical issue on their end.

I have submitted my application and now want to book appointment for biometric in Wolverhampton but the site continues saying I have entered invalid password for the past 2days. Have tried creating a new account but the site is saying email already in use but still can't accept my password for me to proceed with booking. Have sent an enquiry but no response yet, went in person at Wolverhampton branch but they said can not assist with login details issues as they are done online. What should I do?? This is becoming stressing 2days now no progress. Is there a way or place I can go and be assisted with physical booking and avoid this online process which keeps revolving and no progress.?? My UAN is 1212-0001-6006-0937

I have registered for TLSContact following the instructions in the UK Citizenship Naturalisation application. After activating the account, I am automatically given a message "No available vacs for this country". I am unable to book an appointment. I have visited a centre in person, where I was told to bring this up with the technical team via the contact form. I do not understand how a service for which close to £2000 is paid has only contact via a form with 10 working days reply. In the centre in person, after the staff checked, I was told that I don't see to appear in the system, despite being able to log in using an activated account. Very dissappointed, and experiencing a high level of stress due to the inaccesibility of help.

Very unprofessional place. I have visited the place today and was treated not like a customer but as a problem they don't want to have. I had an issue with the system and after writing on the customer service email I have got set of automatic messages so I decided to come to TLS at Gee Street to get some help. I was offered one provided I will pay a fee. But I have already paid thousands for my application why should I pay extra to get a help. I really don't understand why government is cooperating with so disrespectful and unprofessional company.
Also why do you ask people for sensitive data here? Why is your customer service not working and there is no contact number?

I paid the additional fee to have my passport returned by courier 24 hours after TLS received it, but it never got dispatched! Instead I got emails asking me to collect it!
After much back and forth I eventually got my passport back 23 days late! there is still an ongoing complaint to understand what went wrong and, to add insult to injury, they have failed to even understand the problem let along provide any meaningful response, not even an 'apologies and we'll look into it!' Their complaints process is well documented but is worthless! I am now having to complain to UKVI.
A consideration for all using this service, think about collecting your passport in person, you are guaranteed a result and probably at only a little extra cost. Don't risk any travel plans being turned to dust due to TLS Contact incompetence. Hope this helps.

For the last 5 days, I have tried to set up an account with TLS whereby I can then make a booking for a biometrics appointment. I have been told each of the last two days that the account is now working. But when I try to access the account their logon system wont recognise my UAN and password. When I try to change the password it tells me I will get an email enabling me to do this, but that does not then happen. This has happened on multiple days. I will keep trying , day by day, and keep a record of all communications. Then, if necessary, take these to some other body for attention
PS: My Unique Application Number (UAN):
3434-5059-9258-3012
Contrary to what the response suggests below, I have received email responses from TLScontact on 2,4, 5th March
PS 16 March. As noted by TLS below, I did manage to get an appointment on the following Monday, which went without hitch. Later that day an email from TLS sought my feedback, which I tried to respond to, but failed, all I received was this error message: "WAF04 The requested service is temporarily unavailable. It is either overloaded or under maintenance. Please try later." I tried again today and the same message appeared.
TLS clearly have very serious and persistent problems with their computer systems. Be warned.

I would give zero star if I can. This is by far the worst ever website / booking system I've used in my life. Not only is the website slow and glitchy, I also feel like TLS Contact is actively taking advantage of visa applicants by not making regular booking slots available on their site, forcing applicants to pay for the additional services which offers absolutely nothing additional in practice.
Not to mention that when you go through the registration step, even though they claim that they have sent an activation email to your email address, they don't actually send anything unless you have selected one of their marketing option which basically forces you to subscribe to the promotion of their absolutely horrid service.

If i had option to give zero stars, i would have done so. The staff at TLS simply have one mission, how to extract and charge extra money to customers for some petty things. Even if the photo is right they will scare monger you and insist on taking the photo from them. They will charge £10 for some silly printout which may not be even necessary. And above all they will be so confident to say that they do not need finger prints despite you asking them (if they are sure) and a week later you get an email that you have to visit the Manchester centre again to provide finger prints. People travel from all parts of the country for appointments and thanks to their negligence i have to spare extra expense of train travel to provide the fingerprints all due to staff's incompetency.

I am beyond frustrated with the TLSContact booking system. It is, quite simply, unfit for purpose. I have been attempting to secure an appointment, only to be met with a constant stream of technical failures. Every time I select a slot, I receive the generic message: "There was an error in processing your request. Please try again later or contact our centre." To make matters worse, when you try to persist and actually get the service you’re paying for, the system penalizes you. I am now being told: "Due to several attempts to book an appointment you have been blocked. Please try after a few minutes to book a new appointment."

I had a terrible experience trying to make the page work and finally be registered, and then I was searching for the best slot/ place and got this message: "Due to several attempts to book an appointment, you have been blocked. Please try after a few minutes to book a new appointment".
And guess what? still the same after a don't know even how long. I do not really understand why the Home Office still insists on this company; they never improved their service, always the same issues.

We went in the early morning to Liverpool centre and only Lisa was there at that time. She was amazing, so helpful and nice. She kept helping us from the registration to the self fingerprints and clearly told us how to do. At the end, we met the other two girls who were also full of smiles which made everyone a good day. Thank you.

I am leaving this review because the biometric booking system has completely failed at a critical stage of a UK immigration application.
I submitted my ILR application at 00:30 on 3rd March and payment was successfully processed. My spouse submitted at the same time and was able to book her biometric appointment immediately. However, every attempt I make results in the same error message:
"There was an error in processing your request. Please try again later or contact our centre."
This has persisted despite trying multiple browsers, devices, private mode, clearing cache, and attempting different time slots over several days.
I have already raised a support query and received no response. Meanwhile, appointment slots are disappearing. We are required to travel from Salisbury to Exeter for the appointment, and annual leave has been arranged specifically for this purpose.
This is not a minor technical inconvenience. This is an immigration process affecting people’s legal status in the UK. A booking system failure combined with a 3-working-day response time is unacceptable for a time-sensitive visa matter.
When handling immigration applications, reliability and accountability are essential. At present, the system appears unstable and applicants are left without meaningful support while critical deadlines approach.
I sincerely hope this issue is addressed urgently, not only for myself but for others facing the same systemic failure.
Reponse to TLSContact’s comment:
Thank you for your reply.
I would like to clarify that I have submitted three separate tickets through the official channels, so TLScontact should already have all my personal information on file. Despite this, I have still received no response regarding the issue.
As mentioned earlier in my last ticket, I was eventually able to resolve the booking myself after resetting my password, but this came at an additional cost of £125, which I would not have had to pay if the system issue had been addressed in a timely manner.
I hope TLScontact urgently reviews this systemic failure, as it has caused significant inconvenience and affected time-sensitive arrangements. I look forward to a prompt resolution and appropriate follow-up.
Update on 9/3/2026:
Following my review, TLScontact acknowledged that there was indeed a technical issue affecting my account which prevented me from booking an appointment.
However, despite confirming the system failure, they have refused to refund the £125 fee that I was forced to pay after the free appointment slots disappeared due to the issue.
This payment was not a voluntary upgrade but a direct consequence of their system error and the lack of timely support after multiple enquiries were submitted.
I am currently escalating this complaint and will update this review once the matter is resolved.

I have a problem which I cannot confirm my appointment and keep pop-up the error message, "There was an error in processing your request. Please try again later or contact our centre." I did try last night and today in the morning, the error still there cannot process to payment.
I send the message to them and I need to wait 10 days to reply...gosh...

Abysmal booking service on the website for biometric appointment. I have over 130 screenshots of the same error message from attempts to book over the course of the past week.
The complaint response generates an automated message which provides unuseful advice.
The staff at the centre are unable to assist even though the error message states that one should contact them.
There is no one to talk to, only automated systems which merely take you into the error doomloop.
I note from other reviews that this has been going on for months, and whilst promises have been made to fix it, it persists.

My family members have been trying to book biometric appointment for days, everytime the website is slow, and shows error everytime they tried to confirm the place and time of appointment. We need the visa urgently and have paid extra for the priority service and yet this incompetent company just simply don't let us book an appointment! There is no phone line or live chat, and they just hide behind the internet with no ways to reach them. The website said they only reply to contact form within 10 days. To them, it is just another day of work, but it is affecting thousands if not millions of legal migrants who are law abiding, working hard people, and yet penalised by the bureacracy and have their life in limbo. I'll talk to legal advice to investigate whether this company has mis-handled cases and are legally responsible for compensations.
