They have been very helpful with the whole process of buying our new home. Waris has answered every question that I have asked and has kept us involved with what is going on with the selling and buying of the house.

We found this company through a comparison site and they were not expensive so we didn't have very high expectations but in the end, Waris has been to most helpful, diligent, hard-working and decent solicitor I've ever known and I've used many. House purchase completed successfully, no major issues and Waris remained calm throughout. Really well done and thank you!

I got to know this firm through Home Legal Direct and they covered 2 transactions for me - a sale of my flat and a purchase of my onward resident.

They did their best on my residential purchase to beat the stampduty deadline on 31st March 25 even with limited time to work with but a chain trasaction on my flat didnt allow us to complete.

I will recomend them for anyone out there who needs their service over and over again!

I was a first time buyer and used TLP Solicitors via GoTo Group after they had a competitive price and excellent reviews. I unfortunately regretted it. Ismail’s communication with the vendor's solicitors was so bad that the seller nearly pulled out of the sale completely as they did not believe it would go through. I had to deal with complaints via the estate agent as Ismail was completely ignoring the contact being made from the other solicitors, and for the first 8-10 weeks of the process the only update we could get was that the searches were not back yet.

The sale did go through in February 2025 and on the planned completion date and so for that I am grateful, but the whole process could have been much less stressful with some / any communication.

My regret was further confirmed when I found out after the sale that I had to pay £300 for service charges on the property in the years 2023/24 when I didn't even know the property existed. This was due to a retention not being agreed due to the time pressure from a total lack of response from TLP Solicitors. I wish I had taken the bad reviews on here more seriously.

TLP solicitors were really good in the purchase for my home. They guided me through the steps of buying a home and kept me updated at every stage. They also have an app which my solicitor updated so I didn’t need to contact them. They are quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

Second time I've used this company I highly recommend Waris Soekarno personally, communication is simple no waffle and to the point you're only asked to do what's needed he's on top of everything ahead as well as knowing when the estate agents are talking out their butts

If you're searching for an online conveying thing company I can honestly recommend them 100% my state agent tried to get me to use their own branch telling me it would be quicker. It's been completely the opposite my side has been signed sealed and delivered before the question has even been asked on the other side
Not to mention saving over £1000 in the compared quotes. If you see this company and there are a few extra pennies or even pounds I recommend still going with them is it's highly worth it they do have an app to keep track of everything but honestly I didn't need it as communication was much better than other conveyances

I had no prior experience of TLPS having been referred to them by an intermediary for conveyancing work. Ismail was good throughout my transaction providing realistic guidance from the outset and pushed hard to achieve very challenging timeframes. I would use Ismail again in future.

Scam!!! They ask you to pay £500 towards searches and do nothing until you give up. Then they tell you that searches and their work cost you £500. Avoid!!!

TLPS recently completed the conveyancing for my house purchase.
After I had a lot of problems with my mortgage broker I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the sale completed before the recent stamp duty increase.
Ismail was left with only a few days to get everything finalised and he somehow managed to get it across the line with a day to spare.

Having used various solicitors for conveyancing over the years, I was particularly impressed with the Law Partnership; Waris was helpful and easy to contact when needed. Our chain was long and there were a number of issues that cropped up, but we are now in our new home. The only minor downside was the app, it was rarely updated and not much use. But that aside I was very happy with the service.

Waris was easy to contact, quick to respond, and quick to action, and kept to the budget
