If I could give zero stars, I would.

I have had a similar experience to the customers below.

I placed an order on March 8. By March 18, I had not received an update. I emailed customer service and received a response within the hour. They told me that they were having warehouse issues, and gave me two options. A partial refund of 20%, for my patience, or I could cancel my order. At the time I chose the partial refund.

By April 7, I had still not received word. So, I emailed again. Within the hour I received a response from a new representative who told me “ I apologize that we still don't have an update for you. The Customer Support team is doing everything we can to get answers for you, but this situation is out of our hands. We can issue a cancelation and refund for you at any time and will be in touch with an update as soon as we get one. ” I responded back that I would like to cancel my order. I never received a response for my request.

Since then, I have sent two more emails to the customer service team requesting a canceling my order that have gone ignored.

Upon searching for a customer service number that I can call (which they don’t even have one listed on their site), I stumbled upon this page. I now see another customer posted that TKEES has filed for bankruptcy.

I am wildly disappointed in how they have treated their customers these last few months.

UPDATE: TKEES filed for Bankruptcy.
I wished I read reviews prior to ordering from the TKEES website for a pair of sandals.

Ordered an item back in January, three weeks later I never received the item. Emailed customer service (because that’s the only way to reach out to the company) and the response was basically the same as the reviews I’ve been unfortunate to come across— a rep offered 20% discount or full refund. I took the 20% offer when I should have just asked for a full refund because 2 months later no sandals and no updates ETA for shipment/delivery. I agree with the other consumers here, the company should WARN customers regarding their shipping issues/pause their sales/and not take payment for items they don’t have. That is Fraudulent Business!!!!! Don’t buy from them and take your money elsewhere!

I ordered from TKees website directly…

I ordered from TKees website directly 23 days ago. After 10 days and no shipping notification I reached out to TKees support to ask when my order would ship. I received a reply the same day, they said they were having issues with their warehouse and would ship as soon as they could but didn't have an ETA, because of this they offered to cancel my order and issue a full refund. I accepted that offer also on the same day. I have emailed the company every single day since. It has been 23 days since I placed my order and I have not been refunded, my order has not shipped and they have not replied to any of my emails in 13 days.

Awful customer support

I placed an order on March 24, 2023. I still have not received it. I contacted support to follow up and they said there’s a warehouse issue which is causing the delay and offered a 20% discount. They gave no date when the order would be shipped. I asked for a refund last Monday, and I have not received a response. Today I tried to call the corporate office and there was an automated message asking to leave a message. Seems very shady at this point. I’ve had good experiences with them until now.

WHY ARE THEY STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS?!?!?!?

I placed an order in January 2023, and as with all customers on this site - "supply chain and warehouse issues." ITS APRIL AND STILL NOTHING.

They have now filed for bankruptcy & are not shipping since Dec 2022. File a dispute with your CC!

DHL stated up to 11 days for delivery
It’s now 8th April and I have not received the sandals.

I emailed three times 1) offered a 20% discount and told the item would be shipped once warehouse issue has been sold 2) asked for a full refund if the sandal hadn’t been delivered - this was ignored. 3) emailed again asking them to cancel the order - this was also ignored.

I messaged on Facebook and Instagram, also ignored.

If the company doesn’t have the products available they shouldn’t be selling them.

As of 8/4/2023 I’m still waiting for a response/refund.

New customer, never again

This is my first time ordering from TKEES. I placed an order for a pair of sandals 12 days ago. I sent an email 2 days ago asking when I can expect my order as I leave for vacation on the 26th. They said they are having warehouse issue and they'll offer me a 20% discount or will understand if I want to cancel my order. I asked to cancel my order. Low and behold now they are radio silent. I have asked THREEE TIMES now for them to cancel my order. Nothing. I will not be shopping here again.

I was a loyal customer in 2022

I was a loyal customer in 2022. My orders were placed and within a week I received my items. NOW comes 2023 and I placed my order for 4 pairs of sandals one order 1/11 and the other 1/18. I figured the holidays they may be backed up on orders as per their site says regarding delays. It is now 3/14 and I kept getting the same response from their customer reps that the orders are held up at the warehouse and they are doing all they can and will send me updated shipping when available. As a business if they are having issues they should put a public email blast to all customers with pending shipment but as I can read on these other reviews from customers something shady is going and I have about had enough. I cancelled my order after reading these other reviews. Maybe when they get their situation better sorted I’ll make new purchases. Sucks bc they are a great product!

Don’t Buy From Them

Like others, I ordered a pair of flip flops in December. At the beginning g of Feb, they told me there were warehouse issues and offered me a discount. Still no sign of my shoes and now, they are not responding to my messages. Not impressed.

Bad business ethics— avoid at all costs

I ordered one pair of joggers on 12/31/22 , Never heard from them by the end of January. I emailed Customer Service, fortunately i got a response relatively quickly saying that they were having issues at the warehouse and Are hoping to get them cleared up in the next week or so, but could not give me a ship date. I was offered a 20% discount at that point which I accepted, hopeful that I would get them relatively soon. I waited a full month and not having heard anything at all and not receiving my item I emailed again mid February.Again, I got the same story that they’re still working on issues and don’t have any information to give me but as soon as they get an update they’ll let me know. The representative said that they could cancel the order at any time and refund my money. So now a full two months after I placed the order, I plan on canceling the order and not doing any more business with this company. They are not transparent, and I do not believe that they are honest. They may have a great product, but their business ethics suck. Don’t bother wasting your time or money with them.

Big NO to TKEES.

Just. Don't. They act like an immature group of kids. Myself and 3 others (whom I met only through sharing our woes with this company) all left comments or questions on their instagram posts. We were asking for updates, or if they could contact us. All of our comments were deleted. We were not rude or disrespectful. In disbelief, I left another comment asking why they deleted my previous outreach to them, on their latest post today. 2 hours later, comment was deleted. Horrible horrible customer service. I will not be giving TKEES any of my money. Sorry to all who lost their money on "backorders" that come 5-6 months later...or not at all.

Great quality clothing but in last few…

Great quality clothing but in last few months they haven’t shipped anything. I had to cancel 2 orders (one in Nov and another in Jan) because after 3+ weeks they hadn’t shipped. Yet they chg card upon order. Makes me think they aren’t financially sound.

I don’t generally write reviews but…

I don’t generally write reviews but this is the THIRD time it’s taking over 4 weeks to ship my order. This time it’s actually approaching 2 months. Customer service replies only half of the time and when they do they respond that they can’t give me an estimate on when it will ship. I don’t even know how that’s possible. Cute clothes but this will be my last order.

I Hate Tkees

Hate Tkees. Worst customer service. They have sent me a defective item (romper that was way too overpriced in the first place). They did NOT want to take it back!!!!!! They said I can take it to a seamstress and they give me $25. What kind of customer service is this? Flip flops will come apart when wearing in hot weather. I hate everything about this company.
Did a return in MAY still waiting for my refund. I never noticed they didnt even give me my money back until today!!!! DECEMBER!!!

Not happy

Not happy. They would not let me exchange my item for one in a bigger size. For the price of these thin flip flops… an exchange should have been simple.

Horrible Customer Service

This company has the worst customer service department . You can only communicate through email. Will not provide ETA on items purchased. I had to return items and it was a nightmare, they shipped the wrong size, and another pair that I did not even order or was charged...I sent them both back and it took forever to resolve. I mentioned I was going to dispute with my Credit card company and the problem was resolved shortly after.
Present time- thought to give another try bought two pairs, one on sale . Recieved the full price still waiting on the one for sale and they cannot give an answer on when it will arrive. I will never purchase from them direct anymore. Better to go through a retailer who has more clout.

DO NOT BUY

Purchased two pairs to the UK. They Sandals are so narrow and very poor quality. Look cheap which I really wasn’t expected. Only one pair has arrived so far, but asking for a return on them is a nightmare. I have been ignored on every email to start the return process. NIGHTMARE. Lost my money.

Buyer Beware

I have ordered lots of pairs of T'Kees over the last three years. Quality has gone way down hill now. I've had a pair of glosses where the leather peeled away within weeks of receiving them and two pairs of nudes break at the toe strap within a couple months. They are a great basic so I ordered another pair. What a mistake. I preordered them for delivery two weeks later. They didn't ship so when an extra week went by I contacted CS who told me they would ship on June 20, which had already passed. When I pointed this out and asked for an accurate date the agent was pretty snippy. I contacted them again two weeks later and didn't receive a reply. Meanwhile they went on sale. Finally the agent replied and said they couldn't honor the sale price even though I'd been waiting on my order to ship for a month past its original ship date at this point. They still didn't ship so I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company. If you just get them, order from Zappos or Nordstrom or somewhere with good service but I'd really just recommend getting a better brand.

I ordered glosses in licorice in 2021…

I ordered glosses in licorice in 2021 beautiful quality even though they charged minimum delivery fee which is kind of cheap from company like them. So I took a plunge and ordered two pairs of glosses this year. Sweet smoke and custard. After wearing sweet smoke for hour of my grocery shopping they started to peel in the inner side of straps on both sandals. After endless exchanges in emails they allowed me to start a one year manufacturer warranty claim just to deny it. They agreed to refund 25% of the shoes price which is 15 dollars out of a 55 dollars the shoe price. The quality is really went down with tkees, not to mention that their costumer service is unreachable. It’s downright strange and incredibly inconvenient that the company like tkees doesn’t have live agents and the phone. So if you really like their product do you self a favour, don’t buy directly from the website as they have horrible costumer service. As for me, that would be my last purchase from them altogether. For the price I paid that was a big disappointment.

Supply chain is NOT their issue

Supply chain is NOT their issue! I placed two orders in mid-November. Pre-sale said it would ship end of November. Beginning of December still not shipped. They cancelled one order December 23rd due to not having the product (still taking orders online for it though) and shipped another the same day. I ended up returning the shipped order (December 27th) because the sizing was off for me. I didn't receive a receive my refund until today, March 11th.

I liked the product and tried to purchase again after the holidays. I only purchased items that said "In Stock". One order was made on January 25th. Still not shipped and no information on when it will be. They just cancelled my order today, March 11th even though the product continues to show "In Stock" online.

For my fourth order, I received a text on February 7th that a paid of warm joggers were back in stock. I immediately purchased them. On February 23rd, my order was cancelled and money refunded because they did not have any in stock.

Comments and reviews are now disabled on Facebook and negative comments are deleted from Instagram.

They take money upfront and do not ship. My orders totaled $2,124. Only $363.80 ever shipped. There has to be something fraudulent going on. I will be contacting someone to investigate.
