AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was my first purchase w Tkees and last.

My order sat around for a few days having not left their warehouse facilities for 72hrs and so I knew the item would not deliver on time and be late to receive. Asked for a cancellation but they initially refused even though it had not been received by courier.

I had to follow up a few more times before I could get an answer which confirmed it would in fact be late. All around unpleasant interaction w their agents. Wish I had seen these reviews so I could have avoided altogether.

I returned an order which they received on 8 April according to my tracking info. Still waiting for my refund... no email confirmation of receipt either. I have never had to chase a company to return my money SO unprofessional. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before purchasing from them

Super cute flip-flops and super bad delivery to EU. It was shipped with DHL, who always deliver straight to the door, also when customs&duties to pay. Parcel was delivered to local post office, no notification, email, nothing. When i tracked down the order, wondering where it is, i saw it was sent back to the sender due to the end pf collection period. Customer service did not even apologize, said it's not their responsibility. Very frustrating, never had such experience, especially when ordering from US brands. And very pity not to get those flip-flops, but will never order there again.

I received prompt customer service after leaving a review of my purchase. I had been disappointed with my item and left a review to reflect that. Within the hour someone from the company reached out and did everything they could to make it right. I feel like companies no longer care about the consumer so this was such a breath of fresh air to have them really want to right the wrong. They have made a customer for life out of me and I’ll be sure to recommend tkees shoes to everyone I know.

Buyers beware! Bought shoes in a sale , paid in pounds with UK postal charges. Turns out they're in US, (not made clear) with US shoe sizes. SO! too small. Won't accept returns on sale items. Advice from Customer Services - "gift them to a loved one". Hmm. Shall actively discourage anyone from buying TKEES.

Dreadful company. Ordered a pair of shoes to be shipped to the UK. The colour looked different to picture. Tried to return and return would not be processed until I paid a £58 return shipping fee! More than than the cost of the product itself. Also shipping to the UK was £7 so how shipping costs can increase to £58 I really don’t know. Don’t waste your money.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. It all started with a request for return, where they responeded with an unhelpful automated response 3 times in a row. When I warned them that I would take this issue further, I finally got some response from a very disrespectful accountant with no apology what so ever but instead a rude attitude. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst company to deal with if you need an exchange/ return! My first time buying and absolutely do not recommend them at all they do not answer emails at all

Terrible terrible product, wrong sizing and terrible quality. The customer service is non existent and like banging your head against a brick wall. Buy at your own peril as really not the risk. No wonder they have turned off their comments on Instagram.

Do not order from this company. Worst customer service EVER. They don’t care either. Beware of ordering their products on Madewell etc, b/c you cannot return it to Madewell, you have to deal directly with Tkees.

ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL !!
The returns procedure is a farce; want to return something ? then email them to get authorisation approval and receive a code. Do it within the period of time they stipulate. Then return it at your cost (£20 postage cost from UK for some flip flops !!), then they say they haven’t received the returned goods and that’s that !!
No return QR code, no return label or form. Nothing. Result ? £100 wasted. Communication like talking to a brick wall.

This company should be close.
No customers service
Ignore customer email. Wrong description sizes.
Take your money but no one to talk with one hour after order.
👎🏼 bad experience! First time and absolutely last time.

Scam - avoid. Apparently this is a fake site. Paid £50 for sandals. Didn’t fit. £90 to return them. Fraudsters

100% scam, avoid!!!! they are sending fake DHL url and tracking number, checked on real DHL url - tracking number does not exist!! just recognise it after second attempt trying to get information where is my order, from April till June it is not shipped, claimed chargeback today!!!

this company is awful to deal with. placed an order & got 0 updates for WEEKS. contacted them & was told there was a delay but was being shipped the next week. I requested the order be cancelled & they refused. It's now been 2 months since I ordered & a package FINALLY arrived to my post office so I went in just to tell them to send them back because I've had such a bad experience. I now just got another email saying the other half of my order has JUST SHIPPED. So it wasn't even all the items! HOW was this not able to be cancelled when I requested it 2 MONTHS AGO?! This company is a SCAM!!! I've had $2000 held up on my credit card for months now because of these thieves. NOT a way to do business. Will not ever support these crooks.

Absolutely awful company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered back in March and after the 11 business days they promised to fulfill my order in, I emailed them to ask when I would expect my delivery. They emailed me back within minutes to offer me a 20% discount or cancellation of my order. I chose to accept the discount as I still wanted my items. They claimed that they had processed this discount but I never received anything at all. A few more days passed and I emailed again to ask to cancel and I was ignored. A couple more weeks passed, I asked again to cancel and was ignored AGAIN! Every time I have sent them an email, I have received an automatic response to say they’ve received my email so there are no excuses other than they are trying to dodge a cancelled order and keep my money. Will never ever order from this brand again!

Ordered a pair of sandals in December 2022 for shipping to New Zealand, a zero duty and tax environment for low value items. Tkees goes to periscope depth for weeks, then tries to assuage by saying "warehouse problems, but we'll ship next week". Repeat and rinse every few weeks until February when we assume that "next week"is a fair way off and have them change the shipping address to Germany. Sandals arrive today - 4 months after the order - with a 25% customs duty and processing bill. Thanks for that...

DO NOT ORDER FROM TKEES! I ordered sandals months ago. I reached out to them after a month asking when I could expect my order to ship. They responded with "warehouse issues" and offered to cancel the order or take 20% off. I stupidly accepted the 20% off. After a few more weeks, still no order updates. At this point I wanted to cancel my order. I finally received a response to my multiple requests to cancel the order with "Rest assured your order will ship next week." I promptly asked for a third time for my order to be cancelled. Today the order was shipped. Grossly disappointed by this company and their customer service.
