Not impressed

Not impressed. Got charged £350 plus Vat for approx 1.5 hours work. Smeared mastic over my brickwork where the cill adjoins the house. I feel cheated out of a lot of money. I was under the impression he was going to replace the damaged window cill included in the price. But I’m not paying to buy a 5 metre length of upvc cill on top of the price quoted. As for saying he was doing it as a freebie I’d better hold my tongue. It’s a shame that today there are a lot of contractors changing more than a consultant in a hospital. More interested in charging lots of money than value.
