Don’t pay of early - TJC offers budget pay options
TJC offers budget pay options. I have shopped with this company for 10 years. The last two times that I phoned up to pay of budget payments early they have made multiple mistakes resulting in large sums of money being taken out of my account in error. The first time it eventually got sorted but this time they have got so muddled that they took a large amount out of my account in error in 2 payments and they refuse to refund it. They still haven’t told me what it was supposed to pay off and these amounts are not recognisable to me. I’ve repeatedly asked for a rundown of what the payments cleared and haven’t received one. They’ve taken money out of my account without my permission or authorisation. I am disgusted by their actions. If you buy on Budget Payments do not pay these off early and avoid this scenario.

Bought a beautiful diamond ring but the stone fell out twice (again even after repair) so I have sent for full refund - I’ve been told I’ll be charged for a certificate that came in the package! Ridiculous - you can’t email they always make you call for “privacy” . Ring was glorious but for two stones to fall out is poor quality!
I have again been told I’ll be charged £35 for some
Certificate. The ring broke TWICE. I’ll be reporting it to the consumer ombudsman - completely ridiculous

TJC aren't useless
TJC are useless. I brought a mattress topper which when it arrived (vacuum packed) absolutely stunk of damp. Clearly it had been stored badly. I now have to figure out how to get this back to them without the ability to re vacuum pack it. They have ignored my attempts at contacting them. Will NEVER use TJC again and will be advising others to avoid.
It also appears that they will not publish negative reviews on the website so don't trust what you read on there as being truthful.
Spoke with Tjc this morning and they were very helpful. Issue now fully resolved and therefore review updated.
