Such a simple process to sell my ticket. Just had to reach out to get payment but was resolved promptly. Only hiccup was the day before the show the buyer asked for the ticket. Was able to locate easily on Tixel!

I love Tixel!
I love Tixel! I've bought and sold tickets through this platform and never had an issue. I've been able to find tickets to shows that were sold out and although the price isn't much cheaper, the fact is I wanted to go so I bought tickets. Highly recommend it.

Avoid
Avoid. Everything takes an eternity. Sold tickets for Mighty Hoopla and even though I’ve sold tickets directly from the official website by transferring them from my official account to Tixel, they still make you wait a long time. It’s been a whole week since the tickets have been sold and so far no sign of my money, despite being in touch and requesting the transfer.

Thanks for sharing your experience, we understand the frustration here and we’re sorry it felt like you had to wait for so long for your payout.
We’ve taken a look into this further and found that you hadn’t yet added your bank details to your Tixel account at the time your ticket sold. Our team guided you to add these, and also explained that funds are released 72 hours after a ticket is sold. Once that time passes, the funds become available for you to withdraw from your Tixel account - this is part of the protections we have in place for both buyers and sellers.
Once a payout is initiated, standard bank transfer processing times apply and your funds are on the way to the bank from your Tixel account
We get that the timing isn’t always ideal, but everything here is working within the expected payout steps and timelines, which are designed to protect fans at every step.

Great and reliable site
Website made the process really easy. I was able to follow the process very easy as there are instructions to help. I was able to chat to the people who purchased my tickets in real time and recieved my payment very quickly.

First Time Seller
Needed to sell a ticket last minute as I could not attend the event. My ticket sold fairly quickly and there were no issues with ticket transfer to the buyer. Was able to speak to the buyer via message to confirm receipt. This was my first time selling a ticket, it was super easy.
Set up was simple, they give you directions on how to setup/validate the ticket depending on the type. Payment arrived in the time frame stated in the terms. Overall it was a great experience, would recommend and use again.
