Never provide a PRIVACY FENCE.hange of name very important but the…
Change of name very important to tell you that the property owner has changed but the extra info in other is a worry.
It does have major issue's with a fence and a shared pontoon stuffed up by council. Their was a boundary notice issued which previous owner blew up about.
I give a tip.
NEVER HELP YOUR NEIGHBOUR WITH A PRIVACY FENCE.
HE WILL USE IT AGAINST YOU.
He can do anything.
In waterfront areas it can be a legal nigthmare.
When you had a protection brick fence and the neighbour took the privacy fence and smashed the protected brick fence down low below high water mark in an old boat shed you have serious trouble. Wash out behind and ùnder your seawall. Very serious situation. Cause erotic virus health issues. Sweet sydrome etc. 9 weeks in hospital.
Privacy fence is over 20 years old. Major issue about 8 years ago. When identified the issue it took some time to get all the facts together. Neighbour was going to be tough.
