This site was very easy to follow and I can’t wait to get my first order.

I was just looking into this company, and was just showing interest.
They started charging me for things I did not order.. scammers.. do not use.. They will not refund any money they take from you. Just showing an interest, they have this set up so they can charge you and say you ordered it, when you did not. Terrible customer service. I repeat- do not use this company!!

I enjoyed speaking with Elle. She was extremely understanding and encouraging with her words.

Love the custom looks and ease to choose looks that will be right for me.

So far, this is the exact information I have been looking for—how to put items I already have and see what I still need to make my wardrobe work best for me!!! Love this!

I would love to have more options in the last Part, in Order to subscribe more detailed, why I don‘t like: e.g. I would like the skirt, but not the shirt etc.

Continue to be charged after canceling -79.99 a month. I have never received anything. I have sent text messages through the app to “customer service” and calling 844-701-1660. Received no response, my bank is Chase, it’s taken several attempts to get my money back and I’m still working at it. Total scam.

It should get zero stars. Total scam. They obviously have bots writing good reviews. Shame on these crooks. They’ll get theirs some day. Meanwhile Chase was good enough to refund my money. The app is cheap stupid crap and dumb quizzes. The products I selected with my “credits” actually ended up charging my card and of course no clothes ever came.

I joined but found the information generic and non specific to me. All outfits suggested were simply not suitable for me and my body type. Charges kept appearing on my account even though I haven’t been using the app.
There is nowhere in the app that you can contact support.
This company is a SCAM.

I want to share my experience so others can decide for themselves.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying something online and I do that a lot!
I signed up because the advertising led me to expect personalized capsule outfit recommendations. What I received was very different from what I believed was being offered, and it wasn’t even close to the kind of tailored guidance I thought I would get.
Soon after, I also noticed an additional $29.95 charge for a guide pack that I did not realize I had agreed to purchase.
I contacted the company immediately because I did not recognize or intend that extra item. While they maintain it was included in their checkout process, it was not clear to me AT ALL that I was authorizing a separate purchase.
If I had understood that another product was being added, I would have declined it. In fact I look for things like that when buying online carefully and did not see it. Despite that they never returned that portion and went so far as to ghost me after 2 responses.
My advice to future customers is to go very slowly through the screens, read everything carefully, and watch for optional add-ons.
I’m disappointed by how unclear the offer and checkout experience felt, and I hope sharing this helps someone else avoid the same surprise.

I cancelled my subscription within the 7 day trial period. I showed them the confirmation of cancellation. The company continued to charge me for 2 more months, and they are now refusing to refund the $160 they owe me. Terrible company!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
To your email response to me: Your offer was to continue your service?!? What? That is not considered a resolution. Your resolution was for me to agree to continue to pay you monthly. That resolution only works for your benefit.
