This snow suit is so darn cute and wow warm! I play disc golf and hate living in Buffalo, NY and being cold. I bought this as I was referred from another female disc golfer and had to have one! The coupon of 30% off was so generous! The zip vents are amazing to allow air flow. Thank you!

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by…

UPDATE: The Tispy Elves representative who replied to this comment never contacted me. Customer services never responded to any of my requests. Jacket seems fine but if there are any issues, they won't lift a finger to fix them. At the minimum, I'd expect a shipping refund as they missed their guaranteed delivery date by 5 days.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Paid extra for guaranteed delivery by today so I would have ski jacket in time for my vacation. Just checked what time it would be delivered and they haven't even given it to UPS yet!! They are not responding customer service requests.

I loved the cozy Christmas costumes I ordered for running some local 5Ks. I did not like that checkout seemed to require checking a box which incurred a monthly subscription charge for something I didn’t want and didn’t even know what it was. I caught the charge on my next credit card bill and immediately contacted customer service, and customer service was good about canceling it and refunding that charge, but I thought it was very sneaky.

But I also really want to say… I’m sorry about the checkout experience. I completely understand why that would feel sneaky. If something looks required or isn’t clearly explained, and then you see a charge later that you didn’t knowingly sign up for — that’s frustrating. No one likes feeling caught off guard like that.

I’m really glad our customer service team was able to cancel it and get you refunded right away, that’s absolutely what should happen. But that doesn’t change how it made you feel in the moment, and that part matters.

We never want anyone walking away from an experience with us feeling tricked or misled. I truly appreciate you calling it out instead of just staying quiet about it. Feedback like this is important, and I’ll make sure it’s shared internally.

Will never order from again

I ordered matching Christmas pajama sets for my wife and me and paid extra for expedited shipping. Without any explanation, my wife’s set was canceled while mine was not, completely ruining the point of the purchase.

What made this worse was customer service. I called and waited in the queue for over an hour, only to finally receive a callback saying they were “too busy” to take calls and that I had been removed from the queue. No help, no answers, no resolution.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend extra money, get part of your order canceled with zero explanation, and then be unable to reach anyone for support. This experience completely missed the mark, especially for a Christmas order.

I won’t be ordering from Tipsy Elves again.

Essential part of a gift MIA. Tipsy Elves seriously messed up!

Just like Kayla, I placed an order on 12/15, and a label was created 12/16. I’ve checked the tracking , and also like Kayla, it has not left the warehouse. I’ve called the customer service phone number SEVERAL times only to hear the message that they are so busy (after waiting for quite some time) . I even put my # to get a call back when they weren’t “so busy”, have not heard back. I tried to use their chat, doesn’t even open up. I text , no response, and also emailed. I’m a pretty chill person, but the ski suit I ordered as part of a Christmas gift, doesn’t seem like it’ll get to me in time… which will leave the gift very incomplete! That’s why I’ve reached out in so many ways! I’m extremely disappointed and totally regret choosing to order from Tipsy Elves!
UPDATE- Tipsy Elves replied saying they reached out to me, that is 100% FALSE! I’ve heard nothing, still have not received my item! Tracking on UPS shows my package FINALLY was sent to them. Expected delivery is December 30th?!!!!! Not by Christmas as promised! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
