The absolute best customer experience I've had in years.
My original costume arrived with an issue, but through a live chat I was able to have it addressed and resolved immediately. The service rep I interacted with was polite, to-the-point, and helpful. Ultimately they even had a replacement rush-shipped to me so that I could have it in time for Halloween. 10/10 satisfaction - couldn't be happier!

We loved our onesies but I believe the size chart should be taken with consideration. We went off of our height and the recommended size was way off, and was way too long.

Hi Tipsy. First off your customer service was amazing. Very responsive and quick to act. I’m very appreciative of that. Unfortunately the quality of the costumes that were ordered and reordered were not of quality. 90% of our costumes arrived inoperable/broken. We ordered four costumes that were light up skeletons. One of the costumes you were unable to resend due to it now being out of stock. So we ended up just wearing broken costumes that were partially lit up. I sent pictures over to your customer service department. And again, they were very fast to respond.

Shipment was on-time for Halloween. The costume was over very high quality with nice zippers and fit true-to-size (maybe a bit small). Would order from Tipsy Elves again!

I can’t say enough good things about Tipsy Elves. In a time when real customer service feels extinct, this team completely restored my faith in how a company should treat people.
I had a complicated Halloween order — a few wrong items, a deadline creeping up, and total costume chaos. Instead of excuses, they overnighted replacements, made sure everything arrived before my event, and did it all with genuine kindness and humor.
Every single interaction felt empathetic/personal. The Elves didn’t just fix the problem — they made it easy and uncomplicated. And when I missed the return window entirely, [smh] they still let me send things back! Who does that anymore?

The elastic that attached the wings broke multiple times. The material didn't take the dye very well so there were spots that didn't take the color. Overall the costume was comfortable. The best part was how fast the order showed up and the cute tail!!
