All I have to do is put my hair in a flexi rod and it blends perfectly. Which is surprising because this unit was bought without my permission; but turned out to he the best thing ever done!

Hair shipped fast , good communication, hair quality a1 already ordered again !

I ordered from Tinashe hair originally on Feb 21st the first package I ordered was seized by customs its took them from Feb 21st till March 7th to inform me that I would no longer be receiving the package. Keep in mind throughout the whole time I was waiting for the first original package I told them to cancel my order and just refund me and not send it out. They proceed to send me another set of hair (I had already chalked up my loss and ordered from Oq hair great quality btw ladies check them out) anywho they “sent out” another package this time the package was either delivered to the wrong door or someone took it. I’ve had a dispute with them since March 3rd they aren’t speaking to my bank and at this point I don’t even want another package from them I want my $300 back. It’s really frustrating working with companies that don’t value their customers time or money hopefully I hear something back wish they would’ve canceled the order when I first asked about it instead of going through all this about one package will not be ordering again also if you put a bad review that’s when they try to offer you money back so you’ll take it down I’ll gladly keep this up and take my refund thank you

The hair arrived via DHL today I live in London by the stadium in north London. The hair is high quality ignore bad reviews many are from people who steal wigs.
True to length. Hair arrived in around 5 days.

This was my first wig purchase, I ordered the yaki half wig. And trust me, this is wig is exactly who she thinks she is. Very beginner level friendly and it blends with my natural hair perfectly. It came within less than a week. I will most definitely be ordering again soon.

Love my wig!! I requested a smaller sizing cap and they gave me it. Also the hair is nice & long & a properly density it’s enough for a natural look i can’t to do the install will be ordering again in the future xoxo. Delivery time was outstanding as well as customer servicing.

Very fast delivery. Seller is very responsive. The wig I ordered was top-tier. The hair is very soft. Everything is done and ready to go. You can put it on and walk out the door. The packaging was done with care. The wig comes with a strap to secure it so that you don’t have to glue it down and an extra comb.& the lace is undetectable. I will be ordering from here again. I’m so happy with my purchase.

This is the o ly hair company I will be using from now on and I haven’t even had the pleasure of trying on the newest wig i just purchased. I logged into my Tinashe website to find me a new wig, I wasn’t paying attention to the shipping address so I sent it to the wrong address. The next morning i woke up I sent Tinashe a email letting them know what I had done. They responded within 4 hours letting me know that they would do all they can to correct the address. Needless to say I got my hair! They were all so kind and so helpful throughout this process. I am grateful for Tinashe’s customer service which is why I will only buy from them from now on. Thank you guys again.

5 stars is not enough! This hair is just perfect 😍. Very soft and very minimal shedding, barely any. I purchased the balayage wig and it’s exactly like the picture it did not disappoint. My 3rd time purchasing hair from this company and I still have my wig from last year when i purchased back in 2025. With proper care the wigs last. Thank you again tinashe hair !

I’m a first time customer and my experience was great. I noticed after I ordered that my shipping address was incomplete. I emailed and they had it taken care of before it shipped. The order arrived 5 days later which is good. I love this wig and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. They wanted to know where I bought it so I gave them the Tinashe Hair website. 🙂

Hi Babes! This what is my first time ordering from this company and i haven’t installed yet but I would say that the hair was really soft and it did come already prepared to just put on which i love🥰🥰 and they were very communicative very helpful with my order so I would definitely recommend this company.
