Tinashe Hair his hands down the best hair bender I’ve ever been through. When I had a situation where the delivery company failed to deliver my package at the right address they worked with me and sent me a replacement. The quality of the hair is the best minimum shedding overall beautiful.

The hair is super soft and doesn't tangle to bad. There is some of course but not anything that would deter me from ordering more! No smells minimal shedding. I have ordered 3 wigs so far and I love them all! Only issue I had was the delivery time was a bit longer than expected but I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive and kept up with updates and confirmed when it was delivered.

This is my first time ordering from Tinashe. I love my hair! I can’t wait to order my next wig!

You will NEVER receive a bad wig from Tinashe. This is my favorite hair brand and the best in my opinion when it comes to glueless, you can literally slap the wig on and go. The lace is perfect, hair is full, NO smell, no tangling. I’m satisfied & I received it not even a week after ordering.

I would say I was worried about the shipping because it takes a day or two to get the shipping number but other than that great wig , amazing lace and good customer service as well as reasonable prices !! I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a 30-inch wig I recently purchased from your store. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product received.

The hair quality is highly questionable and concerning. It appears brittle, lacks the expected softness, and is shedding excessively even with minimal handling. This level of shedding is unacceptable for what I understood to be a premium product.

Additionally, I have concerns about the advertised 150% density. The wig does not meet the fullness I expected based on your product description, and it feels significantly thinner than advertised. This has led me to question whether the item I received is consistent with what was promoted on your platform.

I also feel that the product displayed may not accurately represent what is being delivered to customers. If the wig shown in advertisements differs from the actual product sent, this is misleading and discouraging for customers who rely on accurate descriptions when making purchases.

They sent me a synthetic blend wig, when it was being styled the frontal portion of wig started burning when straightener ran through it. I reached out to resolve but got nowhere, will not replace or refund.
