Excellent customer service, even before my products arrived. The hair is better quality than any extentions I have ever had. Almost 20 years, hot fusion, cold fusion, micro links, tape ins, weafts.. etc. I wore every kind of extension. Best of the best to look as natural as possible. Cut my hair off 2 years ago, love it but also love hair! I have been researching and finally found the best quality, all round. Packaging on point. This company cares about the customers just as much as a profit. Thanks for making it so seamless.

Customer service was excellent. My wig is beautiful!!! The lace is truly HD. It took me 5 min to install. The layers and curls that it came with were perfect. The only thing I would want is for it to have a bit more body. I just ordered some bundles from Tinashe Hair and I’m going to have my stylist fill it in! I will definitely purchase again!!!

My hair is soft and full and had no factory smell, it also arrived very quickly wich I appreciate. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I have worn units for many years because of alopecia & tried more company's than I care to remember. But I Finally found one that I can order from that has quality hair & doesn't shed all over the place. Definitely my go to now!!!

I would say the hair is OK if you do wet and wavy I haven’t wet it yet but the one wig that I did order it said that it was supposed to be 200% density and it was not 200% density when I received it, it was really, really thin. The other wig that I received was 250% density however I’m experiencing a lot of shedding with this wig and I’m just unboxing it so I imagine it won’t be 250% density when I’m finished. Also, it’s supposed to be a loose deep wave when I wet it. It did not go back to the deep wave curls so basically I have a straight blonde wig that shedding I spent 700 for three wigs and only one really looks decent. I say try at your own risk because I don’t think these reviews are real. I read these before I ordered and still got bamboozled.I ordered from several other hair companies in in the past and I would say OQ hair is the best so far.

I ordered my first unit from Tinashe Hair last Friday and I received it today. The shipping was very fast and the customer service was great. I have not fully work the unit but I tried it on and the unit looks great.

Company is refusing to send return label on hair I purchased. What Company sends a customer hair in a ziplock bag, no box and not all yhe gifts per advertisement on website then offers you $ 20- 30 refund on hair they presented to you like trash?? A grievance will be filed immediately if an return label is not resented or up to $50 off hair immediately and will post on my YouTube channel how company is presenting false advertising on page along with emails

I was very happy with this product. I have never wore wigs before. I bought my first wig a couple of.weeks ago from here and loved it so much I bought another. Good quality hair and looks amazing on.
