This hair is amazing I was scared at first to order but once I got it and had it installed I was in love! My stylist also loved the product , we washed the hair before installing and it still had the same silky look & great texture after! BUY BUY 34 inch straight!

They threaten not to refund me if I don’t remove my reviews. Horrible experience. Of course I won the PayPal claim but why even try to black mail me. Treat your customers right. They play games I think I received 50 emails from them just for a simple return and refund. So many better companies than this one. I never experienced hell like this before.

I absolutely LOVE my new Vpart unit. The hair is gorgeous, silky and luxurious. The length/measurement is accurate and the unit is full from root to the ends. Last but definitely not least, the customer service at Tinashe Hair is AMAZING and their consistent communication and attentiveness is impressive and appreciated.

This company is a complete scam. My order was delivered to the wrong address, the shipping company confirmed it and sent me a confirmation letter that it was delivered to the wrong address, and Tinashe Hair is still refusing to refund me my money. They claim they’re still trying to confirm the wrong delivery with the shipping company even though the company already gave me the confirmation letter! A complete scam!

The order was incorrect! I ordered Yaki hair and was sent bone straight hair. The density was not 180 as stated on their web site. I ask to return it for a correction but they did not want to take a return only to give a discount on a next order. What make them think that there will be a next order if they can't be trusted on the first order! Be very careful because lace cost $$$ and who has money to waste blindly.

This company is very helpful. The USPS sent my package back to the company. I reported the matter to Tinashe Hair, and immediately, they stepped in and supported me with this issue. They actually reached out to the post office and advised me to do the same thing. I followed they're advise and short story- I have my package! Thank you for everything. i will be purchasing again from Tinashe Hair.

Omg!! I've purchased several wigs over the past few years and I would have to say that TINASHE HAIR, did their BIGGGGG ONE!! I purchased a 6x5 16 inch Bob wig and I am 1 million % satisfied!! I will for sure buy from them again!!
