Horrible dirty scammers

Horrible dirty scammers , pretended to be working with/on behalf of magic breaks, took 830+ pounds from my partner , then rang the following day asking for my partners date of birth , obviously the final piece to all the financial information they already had

Do not trust them at all

Do not trust them at all. Mr. Mambi Moma René is a first-class scammer. He took 2,800 dirhams from me and then blocked my phone number without completing the necessary paperwork.

Stay away from this agency — they are scammers!

Total scam. They pretended to be linked to Booking.com They were quick to send details of a hotel booking, which did not take place. They took the money, sent the booking confirmation, we turned up at the hotel....no reservation.
Luckily it was paid via credit card, so weare now getting our funds back, but avoid these guys.

In my opinion

In my opinion, Times Travel should seriously reconsider and review its business relationship with Al Aswad Travel. Based on the experience my family and I had, I do not believe customers are receiving the level of service, professionalism, or reliability that they are promised when booking through this company.

Throughout our journey, we experienced multiple cancelled hotel bookings, accommodation issues, flight-related problems, poor communication, and a complete lack of support during critical situations. These were not minor inconveniences but serious failures that caused significant stress, financial loss, and disruption to what should have been a peaceful and spiritual Umrah journey.

A company that repeatedly leaves customers stranded without confirmed hotel bookings, fails to provide timely assistance when travel problems arise, and does not take responsibility for its mistakes can seriously damage the reputation of any business associated with it. We trusted the arrangements that had been made for us, only to face one problem after another.

I believe Times Travel has a responsibility to ensure that the companies it works with provide the standard of service that customers expect and pay for. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage Times Travel to investigate these issues thoroughly and consider whether continuing its partnership with Al Aswad Travel is in the best interests of its customers.

No family should have to go through the level of stress, uncertainty, financial loss, and disappointment that we experienced during our Umrah journey. Greater accountability is needed to ensure that future travellers do not face the same problems.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agent.

I initially received a quote in November for a hotel that I was happy with and agreed to book. However, just three weeks before departure, the agent contacted me saying the hotel was no longer available unless booked for a full month, which was never mentioned before.

He then offered an alternative hotel, claiming it was only 10 minutes away from the original location. After checking myself, I found this was not true. I made it clear that I did not want to change and wanted the hotel I had agreed to, especially as Ramadan is a very busy time and location was important to me.

Communication then became very poor. I had to chase for updates, and even two weeks before our flight, the hotel was still not confirmed. The agent continued offering hotels that were either lower standard than what we paid for or not within walking distance.

In the end, we had no choice but to accept a hotel far from the Haram, which required taking two buses to get there. We also had to pay additional transport costs ourselves.

On top of this, our hotel in Medina was changed without informing us to a 1-star hotel. The agent claimed it was closer to the Masjid. Although I did not complain at the time because the hotel they had originally booked was already around a 9-minute walking distance, it was still not what we originally agreed or paid for.

Overall, this was a stressful experience with poor communication, misleading information, and failure to deliver what was promised. I would not recommend this service.

Parking hub.co.uk

Goes under a few names, I booked parking at Stansted £62, arriving at the airport they had no knowledge of my car registration. On holiday I got a call saying I had parked in a VIP area and the fine was £120, which I hadn’t but not wanting hassle when we got back I paid it. The money goes to this company but it’s Chris Wilson at parking hub.co.uk who you pay, sounded asian, leaving the carpark cost me £130 to get out. Despite numerous phone calls and emails which say they made a mistake and are refunding me, I have received nothing. Chris and this company who banks the money are con men, swindling crooks. If you see any of these names avoid them as they are scammers.

Scammers - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammers! Phoned on the way to the airport as I couldn't find my parking booking and a google search gave me their number. A pleasant- sounding woman answered my call and stole £100 as she said there was no booking and I believed her (in fairness I had a flight to catch). No answer to emails, phonecalls. These people are nasty scammers without a care in the world. AVOID

SCAM

This company pose as holiday extras, charge ridiculous commission rates on top of holiday extras rates and book for you. Then they will not refund you upon cancellation, even though they book a fully refundable package with holiday extras. When challenged about this, they either lie or do not bother to check with their accounts team. They also use PremiumHolidays.co.uk as a front to escape the bad reviews on here.
