We received the tiles thanks
We received the tiles thanks, but it seems crazy that you would only send half- sized samples, especially for a tile with high colour variability like the ones I ordered. One of the samples I received, due to being chopped off half, did not at all reflect the tile. Stingy.

In reference to your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the sample order you received. As per the notes we clearly display prior to placing a sample order, we provide cut samples at an average of 100x100mm in size. We also place a 'Special Notes' section upon checkout where we encourage special requests for larger samples of specific tiles.

We absolutely LOVE our terrazzo look full body porcelain tiles! We looked everywhere for 300 x 600 tiles (which suit our needs more than larger tiles) and Tiletouch was the place we found ourselves. I was a little hesitant about buying online, but the samples arrived quickly and the subsequent help and advice we received were great. Our order was a fairly sizeable one, but arrived in Adelaide within a week, during the Christmas rush too! Thanks Tiletouch, we highly recommend.

Tiles arrived quickly but the cardboard box barely held the tiles in place. A bit more tape would be helpfull.

I ordered some sample tiles and…
I ordered some sample tiles and received them within the week. They were of great quality and just what I was after. Definitely interested in purchasing through Tiletouch at a later date. One small area which could be improved would be to email a tracking number for the package, as I wasn't sure when it would arrive.
