Thank you for your review. We apologise that you have not received your samples. Your samples were dispatched on 30th August, an email with the tracking should have been sent once it was dispatched, it may have gone to your junk mail.
Unfortunately Australia Post are currently experiencing extensive delays due to the current lockdown in NSW. The Sydney depot is currently 2-3 weeks behind with processing parcels due to half of their staff being in isolation.
Tracking shows your samples are in transit to Melbourne and have an ETA of delivery between 20 September and 22nd September.

Tiletouch is by far one of the best companies to deal with. Super friendly and helpful staff on the phone and via email. Was fantastic to quickly receive free samples so that we could be certain of the colour.
