Worst product and service ever! The browser interface is messy, kicking you out of your account all time, to read online in the browser you have to be logged in a few times in raw! Some constant glitches of the system, non-recognition of your data... Since January, I have been trying to get access to the paid edition, which is not available for no reason, but the support service at first pretended to solve the problem, and then began simply ignoring! When you write to Tijdschrift.nl service support the system throws you to some third party, from which you will get automatically generated notifications informing you they received your e-mail, and then you will be forgotten forever. Contact by Facebook and get useless endless chat with no help and with the repeated suggestions to restart the app to be able to read magazines online in browser and other sorts of no logic involved advise. Chat operators have no clue about the technical part but do nothing to connect tech. specialists. Ridiculous! I don’t recommend this product to anyone! Look for some other platform to read electronic magazines, otherwise, if you have a problem, they will not help you, only take your money!💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
