Somebody find me these people I wanna give them a taste of their own medicine, 100 percent scam!!! Guys pls don’t give these guys your hard earned money they are frauds I booked a Chelsea bs Barca game immediately after I purchased and everything the ghosted. Dont trust these low people bums

Tier One Tickets is a bogus site, and yes, i got scammed for the Chelsea Barcelona Match.
Please note you can get your money back just by ringing the bank and it's straight away.
It's called a chargeback.

Me and my friend bought tickets for Arsenal vs Totenham they had said they will give us the tickets 7 days before the game, they didn't come back to us we had to ask them via email then they said the premier league couldn't release the tickets however they gave us an option to chose for the next 4 arsenal games don't know of that will come thru thou we paid for the Arsenal n Totenham game

This website appears to be a scam. I booked a ticket for the Chelsea vs. Barcelona match, and they initially informed me that the tickets would be issued 7 days prior to the match. On November 18th, they sent another email stating there was an unfair delay and the tickets would be issued on November 23rd. On November 23rd, they attempted to deceive me by sending an email claiming my ticket was ready, but requested a full-page photo of my passport and a selfie to verify my identity. I submitted the requested documents. Subsequently, I have emailed them, but they have not responded to my messages. I believe I have been completely misled.

Never bay a tickets from them.

This site is fake, do not buy tickets from it! My husband and I wanted to go to the Chelsea - Barcelona match yesterday, but no one sent us any tickets. They asked for our personal data to issue us tickets! A complete scam!

This website is a scam, I bought 2 tickets for Chelsea Barcelona and never received anything and worst they did not respond to my email to the customer service.
The directors Joseph Florence L. Has been reported to fraud and scam police in the UK.
There office in 12 Hay Hill street London don’t exist !

I paid £480 for tickets and never received anything. After taking the money, the company stopped responding completely — no email, no update, nothing.
I tried contacting them several times and they just ignored me.

This feels like a site that takes your payment and disappears. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to trust them with their money.

paid in full for my tickets with Tier One Tickets and never received my tickets. The money was taken, I got a confirmation, and then… nothing.

I kept waiting and chasing them, with no clear answer, no proper support, and no tickets. This is completely unacceptable from a company that claims to be professional.

This was my first and definitely my last time using Tier One Tickets. I am now contacting my bank to dispute the payment and I will warn everyone I know not to trust this company.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Tier One Tickets.

The biggest scam, bought tickets for an Arsenal game. They emailed me to say the my tickets was delayed then 3 days before the match, due to uncontrollable circumstances the tickets was not available and gave me a choice of a future game with better seats or my money back. Still waiting for my money back and no response from any emails.

LITERALLY 4 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE I RECEIVE AN ‘APOLOGY’ EMAIL SAYING THEY’RE UNABLE TO GIVE THE TICKETS AND OFFERED A REFUND OR ALTERNATIVE MATCH DATES! ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS!!!

Pure scam at its fines. 7 days before the game - email that tickets will be sent 2 days before, because of something which is not their fault. 2 days before the game - sorry, we have no tickets but we can offer you low profile game in 2 or 3 months or full refund. Waiting for my money back now, scammers!!!

Bought tickets to Chelsea vs Barcelona game and never received them. Was sent a confirmation email as soon as I purchased and that’s it. Also lack of customer support, only an email is given, no phone number line or anything. Scam website. They’re registered on companies house too but does not seem legit.

Do not buy, scam site! Never received tickets! Not replying to emails or any correspondance since asking for passport details! DO NOT USE!!!!!
