Alloy Wheels Repair
This was my second claim and as in the previous claim it was easy process from contacting them and arranging for the work to be scheduled and completed.
The work completed by the engineer to repair the alloy wheels was completed to an excellent standard and the work was completed with no issues.

I made a claim and changed the tyre and only got half amount back. They couldn’t find the same company tyre price so choose the cheap one from internet and compare the prices of that with my new tyre. Think twice before you take insurance with them.

The policy provides a like for like replacement. You had a cheap budget tyre on the vehicle when the tyre was damaged. Therefore we reimbursed you the cost of a similar budget tyre.
You chose a more expensive brand which should that need changing under the policy will be replaced on the same basis with a similar expensive brand. Insurance is designed to put you back to the original position not betterment. We clearly explained this to you at the time and you understood this. To leave a 1 star review is an unfair reflecton on the service we provided you.

Lease GAP insurance
Lease car GAP insurance. Well, the pre-sales and sales service has worked really well. I had a query and was answered within 3 rings (by a human being!!) and they explained exactly what I wanted to know.
The price quoted was about 50% of other similar quotes. The purchase was easy.
Of course, the proof of the pudding will be the service I receive if / when I ever need to make a claim.
