Terrible experience at this store
Terrible experience at this store, after sales and management have terrible customer service, after purchasing a bed it’s taken 4 months to have the faults resolved eventually they had to give us a new bed after 7 faults were detected. Emails, telephone calls never returned. Absolutely disgusting service.

Unfortunately, sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control there are sometimes issues which we always try our best to rectify in a timely fashion. In this circumstance, we upgraded your bed and had a brand new one made which takes time, as well as leaving you the original bed to use while you waited for the replacement, we feel we kept you informed at all times via email and phone calls to update on any progress and are sorry to hear that weren’t satisfied with the amount of correspondence you received. We always take on board our customers comments and will always try to offer the best customer service possible.
Great company…
Grace is super helpful- still have some items which need to be sorted but confident they will be. Beautiful furniture and accessories. Our new home is looking good thanks to Tides. Thanks Grace for all your help.

We are so sorry to hear this, all of our items are checked before we send them out but unfortunately, sometimes things get damaged in transit. We do put a card in with all deliveries, with return instructions but if you did not receive this, can you please email orders@tideshomeandgarden.co.uk to arrange the return and refund. Returns
Had to return a clock, too big but was described as small. Total flaff with the returns process. Had to contact the shop to confirm a refund and show proof of signature etc. probably won’t be purchasing again purely for this reason

I am so sorry to hear that your experience with returning your item did not run smoothly, I have looked into it and discovered when your item was delivered to us, it was mislaid in store. Our sincere apologies for this, the mistake was entirely our fault.
Marble table and chairs
Really pleased with the table and chairs and the white glove assembly was very efficient. Quick turnaround time from when order was placed. Only drawback was delivery arranged for the Monday didn’t happen as delivery men got delayed in London through no fault of their own but we weren’t informed until I rang to find out where they were and they were very apologetic. Luckily I work part time so the rearranged delivery wasn’t a problem and they kept us informed on that day.
