Terrible experience
Bought tickets through this site and they ended up being "fake." Went to the United Center to watch the Bulls game and was told the tickets were invalid. The ticket agent stated that the tickets i purchased were printed more than 5 times. Trying to get my money back from this company is the biggest hassle. They want a letter on United Center letter head. Well they don't do that. I have the tickets stamped with a "void" stamp and the United Center official stamp and that's not enough. I will never ever buy tickets from this company again and will fight until the end for my $150! Awful customer service, awful business.

Extremely excessive service fees. Having more than $60 service fees for a $150 ticket is extremely excessive, and not seeing the fees until the final screen on the web site is totally deceptive and not cool!

Agree with previous reviewer - AVOID THIS COMPANY
Agree with previous reviewer; this site is criminal. Super small font (I truly believe it is purposefully placed so that consumers will neglect to see) that the purchase is in US dollars!! We live in Edmonton, bought tickets through this site (assuming it was Canadian). THOUGHT we bought tickets for 660.00 (which is already a big splurge for us), only when my husband checked his credit card did we see the charge was 919.00! We called the company immediately after (while transaction still pending) and they said it already went through and/ they couldn't cancel it since we hadn't purchased insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ticket EXPERT is a FRAUD
No clear with all the fees. Charged us customer service fee. $144 USD!! What for?? for processing the payment online?. They have in the website 100% Money Guarantee which is a Lie, They DO NOT return you a penny.
PLEASE be careful and DO NOT buy from this website.
