Customer Service No Help in Resolving an Issue that was their fault

I was able to get some awesome vinyl records through the official store and a great Draw the Line tee-shirt, but I had a problem with the "Toys in the Attic" mug. Mug looks just like the album cover and I've hand washed it until this week when I put it in the dishwasher. The instructions say it is "dishwasher safe," but when I took it out almost the entire wrap around image had come off. I contacted customer service and they said it is true that it is "dishwasher safe" but that they couldn't replace it because I washed it. What? That makes no sense. I wouldn't know a dishwasher would destroy the mug unless I put it in. Customer service was no help and I have ordered hundreds of dollars in merch from them over the past two years. No longer... and I'm a huge Aerosmith fan.

Shipping and duty taxe cost more than what I ordered

Bought xmas presents from here to be shipped to Canada, got a ridiculous duty tax on the item of 32 dollars and not to mention shipping was a ridiculous price too for some cheaply made t-shirts. And yes the site say there maybe a duty tax when u buy but it's still a rip off. If you can afford to pay the tax don't sell the items.
