Quick response to problem
I made an error in my e-mail address for an event that evening which meant that my ticket did not arrive, sent a message and had a response within the hour and tickets sent to the correct email.
Excellent communication
I sent an email on a Sunday evening, not expecting a reply until at least the following day, but got a reply and the answer to my query within 15 mins. You don't get that customer service in many places these days thank you.

Cancelling ticket for an event
I booked a ticket for an event on the wrong day! The "cancel booking" box wouldn't work. Rebooked for the date I wanted. Contacted customer services from my email link and "voila", sorted. Wrong date cancelled and refunded. Excellent.
