Deeply disappointed new customer spent…

Deeply disappointed new customer spent too, too many hours navigating the website to obtain app and four tickets.
When we were ready to enjoy the concert we had planned to atttend (it was a birthday gift from my niece in Denmark), the main participant had to delay her overseas trip due to illness; so we were hoping to obtain a refund, or at least a refund for one of the tickets.
Having spent anothe hour speaking to s sweet assistent form the Phillippines, we were told that w emight be "escalated," i.e. a person with a little more authority would call us back in twenty-odd hours, about yhe time when our concert would have started; then what???
AI and digital assistance ....are they not meant to make transactions easier? In Ticketmaster's case, the opposite seems to be the case.
Disapponted, disillusioned and angry.

Greg Gutfeld didn't disappoint

Greg Gutfeld didn't disappoint. The show was great. And his guest Tom Shillue and Joe Davitto were as always hilarious. Great format, I felt like I was at a taping of the Gutfeld show. I would see him again.

This was a great event

This was a great event, the main guy that was hosting and doing tricks was great and got the crowd going. The only thing I think could be improved is the event itself felt a bit short and there was a bit of lag time in between the riders.

Don't think about it Twice

I have traveled to see Twice four times before 4/12. Traveling between 1500-1800 miles one way. The fact that this time I only had to travel 5 miles to see them made the experience that much better. The event was organized and staff was prepared. The ladies of Twice put on a great show and you should take any change you can get to see them in concert.

Late seating

The venue (Old National Theater in Indianapolis) kept letting people get seated late- even beyond an hour after the show started- which was very distracting. People were walking in front of us (and past us to their seats) every few minutes , blocking our view and resulted in us missing out on many parts of the show. Great venue if not for the late attendees and permissive nature of the venue.

It would be nice to have a better…

It would be nice to have a better picture of the seats, our seat purchase was disappointing, especially being seated next to intoxicated, vulgar and feuding people. Not very Christlike in my opinion.
Regardless, we tried to block them out and enjoy the show. Besides, it was my birthday.

Ticketmaster makes going to concerts easy!

I love using Ticketmaster to purchase tickets for live music shows. I like how all of my tickets are conveniently located in the app, but I especially like when there is an option to receive printed tickets in the mail. Please don't force everyone to go completely digital! I save all my ticket stubs and obviously can't do that with digital tix.

It was a ripoff

She only sang for 1 hour, and half of that time she sang other singer’s songs. People were still buying drinks when she said bye. Couldn’t hear her well cus she wasn’t laud enough. It was a ripoff.
