The tickets we bought were almost twice the price as the people all around us that were in our row, the rows behind and in front of us except those far down in the front area.

Easy parking, easy security check-in, short lines to purchase merchandise and refreshments. We had a wonderful experience!

The concert was great we spend the whole night dancing, jumping, and singing along with Demi. She had surprises guest Joe, plus she included the originals along with the new onces great and lots of fun incredible night.

Really bad experience. The app did not work and stopped responding when I needed to show the tickets at the security. Had to stand in long queue to get verified.

The staff was happy and helpful! Not the same in all venues! Sound was great and the Boss was perfect! Our BOSS!

The fees were ridiculous and process flawed. Seats that bad should never be sold.

Saw Bruce and E Street here for the last tour, but the current tour went to places I never imagined a rock concert could take me. It came from the full nature of the E Street Band.

Musicianship was at an all-time high, from all the guitarists to the tight performance of the entire band. Thank you, Bruce, for caring for our country and for having a catalog of music to be drawn from to tell the story.

The main act did not show up until 2 hours after the stated show time. They performed for 45 minutes. That was very disappointing.

Our event was re scheduled and we ended up with better seats at the new date, the staff were very organised and knew all the information we required. Reasonably priced food at the event.

I love Demi!! This was my second time seeing her in concert. My friend and I had a blast and we were there all night!!!

I also purchased a Meet & Greet with Kamala Harris. On the digital ticked it had that the time of the event was 7:00. When I got to the Tanger Center I was told that the time was 4:30 and ended at 5:45. I was heartbroken!!! I will never have a chance to meet her again never mind that I paid over $300. I disputed this with ticketmaster and received two emails blaming me for the problem. The emails were not nice. Finally I was refunded but I am still very upset.

I'd give this company negative stars if I could. Ticketmaster absolutely sucks. "Platinum" pricing is a total scam and money grab that should be illegal. The company holding back tickets so their legalized scalpers can resell in their own marketplace for ridiculously high prices while collecting miscellaneous nonsense fees multiple times is greedy and should also be illegal. Also...fix the app. It crashes every time I try to view my own tickets. Nonsense.
