Could be quicker with displaying accurate prices. Gave me a little headache to deal with but support was helpful after the mix up.

it was the worst flight i have ever…

it was the worst flight i have ever had. Been traveling for 45 years. Thr flight attendants could care less my WIFI didnt work even though I explained i needed it to work from Paris to LA. They placed me next to two kids who played video games and yammered on loudly the entire flight-one was very sick sneezing on me-Im sick now as a result. I begged them to help me move to another seat. The free seats on the plane were occupied by passengers who sprawled out using two seats - as they were sleeping I asked the crew to help. They refused. It was hands down the worst service I have ever seen. VERY BAD, unless I get some sort of compensation I will never go on Air France again.

No Insurance!

Thrive Travel honored their 24 hour refund policy which allowed me to book and continue shopping for better bookings, but the insurance they use refused to refund me the extra charge or to apply it to my new booking. Skip the insurance.

They have a terrible return policy. they refuse to cancel business class tickets which cost more than USD 5,000, giving no flexibilities.

Dear customer, beside the fact that the tickets you booked with us cost significantly less than the amount you are claiming, we note that the flight was hours ago and we see no request to cancel. Airlines don't have a "return policy" that allows you to cancel the day of the trip, usually, but at any rate, a manager is reaching out to see in which way we can help.

Great price

Great price! I was very skeptical at first. Thought it was too good to be true. But once I received the ticket and was able to verify it with the airline, I was amazed. Price was less than half of what was offered by airline.

Definitely one of the cheapest fares…

Definitely one of the cheapest fares for business class. They answered my call promptly and resolved the credit card hold quickly.

Maybe I didn’t see it in the fine print, but they obtained the lower fare by booking a return leg I didn’t request.

I would probably use them again the next time I travel business class to Europe.

very confusing arrangement for communication

The price was better than we could get through another avenue, but Thrift gives the airline *their* email address and phone number, not mine, so everything goes through them. When I tried to change the email address to mine, I couldn't, as a confirmation email is sent to the previous address. When I selected seats on the Lufthansa website, it said a confirmation would be sent to me, but it was sent to Thrive, who has *not* forwarded it to me. Also, in order to get this price one-way fare, they booked me for a future return trip I have no intention of taking, which is very confusing! Hopefully the flight will go smoothly, and they will forward future emails, but this was much more confusing and complicated that when I've booked through Expedia or the airline directly!
