Excellence in Customer Service
Excellent communication throughout the whole process from start to finish. The product was a fantastic price already, and a further discount was added. Really pleased with my e-bike (Eleglide T1 Step-Thru). After-sales support was also excellent, prompt yet not intrusive. If I can talk my wife into having an e-bike, I would definitely buy it from Three-Pin Power.

Three pin power
I ordered an eleglide t1 stepthru on line. The ordering was easy and the communication from the company was great. Delivery was within a week and the delivery company let me track the package and were very professional throughout.
The bike is excellent quality and very easy to assemble.
I have breathing difficulties but like to keep active and this bike is the answer.

Very pleased with my Hygge e-bike…
Very pleased with my Hygge e-bike purchase from Three Pin Power. Received a generous discount for my first purchase, free delivery, as well as a tree planted for conservation. Received my bike within a few days of ordering and was tracked for peace of mind.
The e-bike works well and hills are not a problem. It is heavier than I would have liked though, so I'd better make sure there's a spare pair of muscles around for when I load it into the car boot. And the saddle is rather hard.
Other than that, happy days. Can't wait to take the bike on holiday with me and explore the Cornish coast.
