Misleading and unresponsive

I got quick responses from their instagram page prior to ordering. However, once the product (cravat and pocket square gift set) arrived it was nothing like the photographs on their website, the colour was completely off and the print was subpar. The pictures on their website are heavily edited and nothing like the real thing. Totally misleading.
I tried contacting them again but they completely ignored me, answering neither my messages and emails, nor my phone calls.
