The installation went great. The installers were very good and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up both inside and outside.
We liked that the company had a representative come and inspect the windows right after the installation was completed.

Customer Service was excellent from beginning of the process through completion.

During the course of this project I met quite a few of the Thompson Creek team; the office sales team, project managers and Alfredo's 5 man installation team. Initially I was very impressed that they all seem to love working at Thompson Creek.

We had no less than 4 QA folks turn up over a two day installation of 40 windows.

The installation took place precisely, as promised on the calendar. I watched some of the work closely. They filled cavities well and applied caulking tidily.
It was very clear to me that Alfredo's team were using materials generously, well and very conscientiously.

I know of no issues with window measurements or saw any condition issues with the items on delivery.

Their handling of the heavy two large front windows was exemplary.

They were careful, skilled and very fast too, fixing the 14 windows for our Sunroom in under an hour, before finishing thoroughly finishing the install the next day.

They pushed themselves very hard to fit those 40 windows in only two days, and their professional attitude was awesome.

Post install inspection showed a very thorough installation, even in places that are not easy to see such as a basement window installed under the deck. The deck also rested against one window while the fence was firmly against another.
All dealt with well.

The installer spoke with me and explained what would happen. He took care to block the open area of the door and afterwards, he took extra care to make sure the outside of the house was professionally finished.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - from quote to sale through the installation

Original scheduled dates:
29 Nov, 3 entry doors installed, two gentlemen did great work.
30 Nov roof install scheduled but rained, around 10:00 had to call project desk to find out what was going on, roof rescheduled for 31 Nov (date gutters and guards were to be installed), gutters pushed to 12 Nov.
31 Nov roof installed, crew did great work, older gentleman with heavy accent came to check on work, stayed for a while and gave me a short run down of work completed on roof, stated one (1) sheet of plywood was needed and estimate included three (3). However, he could not close out work because gutters had not been installed yet and left.
12 Nov gutters and guards installed two man crew did great work.
13 Nov received email for Thompson Creek/GreenSky stating $4,051.00 was added to loan amount. Called Thompson Creek project desk and inquired about the amount which brought the total amount for cost to exactly the estimate amount of 24 Sep. Inquired about no change for materials not used or being contacted by anyone on final closing of work performed. nice lady listened to my concerns and said someone would be in contact, to this date no follow up of any kind has occurred or change for material not used.

The salesmen were great, and the installers did a fantastic job.

There was constant delays. First a delay for the improper measurement. Then a delay for the corrected order. Then several delays for the welder to replace the iron security gates. Then a delay today to speak with someone regarding the payoff of my bill.

Every window in our home is a Thompson Creek window. This time we needed a new storm Door for the front entrance. Thompson Creek Sales Representative, Chris, came to our house in November and presented us with options for the storm door. He was most professional and very knowledgeable of the products offered. We knew we were in "good hands". The installation was picture perfect and we are extremely pleased with the door.

The installation and storm door is exactly what I needed. It is of high quality and worth every dollar. However, as an existing customer it took months to connect with the right team who could assist with the purchase of the storm door.

No communication I don’t know what my what my door cost because Anna still won’t call me back and it’s been a terrible experience the whole time to be honest with you. It is somebody documents and then you have to put it off and then you need to put it off again it’s been terrible. I’m glad the door is decent because the service was awful

Door is beautiful and window is great. They were supposed to bring about 5 more tabs for the window on the door. The color is mountain berry, I believe, and they ran out of that color so there are some brown and other color tabs there on the door, that is the only thing they failed to do.

Our first experience with thompson creek was replacing our entryway door with a multi panel door and transom and swapping out a french-door with 3 4ft windows. When we moved, our positive experienc encouraged us to have Thompson creek install two new doors in our forever home. Engage this company with confidence.
