Excellent installation crew
Excellent installation crew. They did a meticulous job, and the quality of the installation was exceptional. The sliding glass doors exceeded our expectations and the low E glass does retard the sun exposure. The front storm door is well made and handsome.
We're looking forward to getting the rest of our windows done by TC

Materials & Workmanship
Thompson Creek had the best windows of all the companies we checked. Smooth operation, good looks, and the best balance between low heat transfer and clarity. (Other company's windows were too dark or gray for us.)
Their installation team worked quickly and efficiently, answering all our questions as well.

They did a good job putting in the window. But when you're by the windows it' still is very cold not as warm as I thought it would be not much better than the old windows.

good quality and good price
Very professional, cleaned up everything and was courteous in regards to not trampling over everything in garden. Window are doing great, keeping out cold and noise.

The windows are great as far as…
The windows are great as far as doublehung. They keep the water down inside the window when wind/rain come against it.
I would like to have had an option of a nonflex screen for larger windows as the flex screens had to be repaired;"hot glued." The repair person came out and replaced 2 holes in each.
Offer a solid screen insert for large double hung windows in future if possible.

Disappointed at storm door and ghosting
Disappointed that the storm door put on is already loosened and not sticking right to the ground. I emailed and called multiple times and have been ghosted over the year when I tried to get someone to fix it since its under warranty.....

The work and workers were great
The work and workers were great, it took a while to order my garden window but they did a great job when it came in. They were working in my new kitchen and over my new countertop and took great care to protect everything. The only reason for 4 stars is I called after the fact to see if I could get something to fill the unused metal shelf holes and they blew me off. Never heard back with help.

Very Happy
From the beginning making an appointment to the estimator coming out explaining what i could get and giving suggestions on what window would fit in the space I was looking to replace. The workers coming out to install very professional, had it done in a good time and showing how the window worked. Even had someone come back a few days later just to make sure I was happy.
