Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent. My first order arrived missing items. I contacted customer service about the issue, received a very prompt response apologizing for the error, and my missing products were shipped out right away. Packaging also good to minimize any leaking or spilling.

Stumbled across this seller whilst…

Stumbled across this seller whilst searching for my favourite daily moisturiser (which can be tricky to source as often sold out). Was a wee bit sceptical when item was being offered at half retail price because of damaged box, but ordered and took a chance. Item was delivered quickly and whilst box was damaged, dispenser was unused and it perfect condition. Delighted. Would recommend and will definitely use website for future purchases.

My first item to have ordered and saw no defect in the packaging and it is a great item. Also the communication from This is Beauty was on point. Fast shipping and I was kept up to date.

I bought the Ubrush for half the price!!!!

I bought the Ubrush for half the price because the box was damaged. I was concerned even though it said product was not affected.The brush was in excellent condition!!! I'm happy to find a discount beauty supplier with good price and honesty about product condition.

Great Cuticle Nippers

Quality product, quick shipping. Arrived in reasonable time and in perfect condition. Good tracking. Packaged well. Pricing lower than other suppliers. Would definitely recommend!

I had the worst experience with them

I had the worst experience with them. My package got “lost” and I tried to contact them multiple times I was just left on seen via their instagram dm costumer service. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they were not refunding me! DO NOT SHOP HERE.
