My wool duvet has made quite a difference to my nights......just the right amount of warmth, not so hot for me and no itching at night. I now have the medium (winter) and the light duvet (summer) and am very pleased with them both.

It’s a good website- fast delivery- the duvet is cozy and not as sweaty as others. The light one is perfect, I have not been cold over winter and it comfy in the warmer days. The pillows are wonderful- being able to add and take away wool makes them easy to remain comfortable as time passes. Overall- very happy

These expensive pillows appear to have increased my neck pain, not made it better. I even paid for extra wool adding to our cost and that did little. The company seems to want to send me email regularly, which is not welcome.

Very disappointing customer experience.
I returned an unused pillowcase after inspecting it and received a refund for the pillow, but Woolroom refused to refund the matching pillowcase. The explanation changed several times, from claiming it was "used" to saying it had been opened, and finally that it could not be restored to its original presentation because the ribbon had been untied and the fabric was creased.
The pillowcase was never used, washed, or damaged. I feel the return policy was applied in a way that was not clear at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this experience means I will not be shopping with Woolroom again.
