The Woolroom Classic Comforter has served me well in the PNW, year-round. Lightweight and warm - and not too warm.
Great quality cotton exterior with a cozy wool interior.
Excellent as-is or with a linen duvet cover.
Arrived quickly.
Highly recommended!

First of all, the throw is beautiful. It was a gift and I was proud to give it.
Ordering was simple and shipping was timely with the item being received as promised.
I appreciated the email sent by the head of the company. It was a nice touch.
I will be watching for items to purchase in the future.
Thank you.

Not worth buying if you are outside of the UK. If you have any issues with the items the return process is basically impossible and will cost more than the products.

This is the best duvet I've ever had! Easy ordering process and prompt delivery.

Beautifully made mattress cover with extra deep pockets. Fast shipping. Will be buying more products from this company.

I splashed out a bit on this throw but it is so soft and comforting its one of the best things I ever bought and long may it snuggle us. Delivered in robust and good box.

Love this company! I had bought a new mattress and wanted a good mattress protector that only used natural materials. No nasty chemicals and no man made materials. I was delighted to find exactly what I wanted from Woolroom - ethically sourced, unbleached cotton and homegrown wool from their own sheep. No chemicals and all natural. Perfect!
The topper arrived the next day, along with a thoughtful email from the company owner to thank me for supporting his small business. That was a really nice personal touch - a reminder of how people used to do business before the big corporations muscled in. Lovely!
Everything was nicely packaged using natural materials and included a useful cotton cover for the topper (in the unlikely event that you might want to put it in a cupboard and not on the bed). The topper itself really is a premium product, beautifully made and very comfortable. Ethical luxury - highly recommended!

We now have a lovely wool comforter that does not move all of its warming innards to the bottom of our bed.

Great product, colour was as shown and the quality was if a high standard just what you want from a woolen blanket

This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can get through to them, but they do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
It was pouring with rain that day. The courier left my parcel on the ground instead of putting it inside the bin, so the items inside were partly soaked. I contacted customer service straight away and provided photos. The agent assured me they would send a replacement, but nothing happened.
When I chased this up, the next agent claimed that only the original advisor could deal with the matter, promising they would call me back that afternoon. Unsurprisingly, I haven't heard a peep since.
I’ve regularly purchased this brand’s items from other retailers before, but this is the first and last time I will ever buy directly from their official store.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a luxury baby cot mattress from Woolroom.
At the point of purchase, the mattress was advertised with a 7–10 day delivery timeframe. The new time line will be over a month but still with no guarantees of delivery
After the original delivery window passed, I contacted customer services and was assured the mattress would be dispatched on the 3rd. When that date came and went without any update, I chased again and was then told the mattress may not even be back in stock until the 12th. This is a completely unacceptable level of communication and order management for a premium-priced product.
I made it clear from the outset that I needed the mattress because my baby is now sitting up and needs to transition safely into her cot bed. Despite knowing the urgency, no alternative solutions were proactively offered. When I suggested upgrading to the Deluxe mattress instead, I was told it was actually an inferior product, yet customer services were unable to offer any guaranteed delivery date, suitable replacement, loan product, or meaningful resolution.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that Woolroom markets itself as a premium brand. Premium prices should come with premium service, transparent stock management, and honest delivery expectations. Instead, I have spent weeks chasing information, receiving conflicting updates, and still have no certainty as to when my order will arrive.
If an item is out of stock, customers should be told before purchase rather than being left waiting for weeks with repeated delays and broken promises. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to order from Woolroom again and would not recommend them to parents who need reliable delivery for essential baby products.

Great quality products. This is my third order and it didn't disappoint. Ordered a summer wool duvet. As always it arrived promptly after payment. It is now on my bed keeping me cool whilst I sleep.

After experiencing what a true pillow should be, I bought my elderly parents one too. I put Irish flax linen pillow cases on them for perfection. I live in hot AZ and this is the second year going without airconditioning and it was 104 degrees yesterday and no sweat on my pillow upon waking.

I bought a medium wool quilt, beautiful quality. Later I bought a mattress protector, which took a while to ship. I did call the company; the woman I spoke with was very helpful. They were out of stock at the time, but she was able to tell me when they would be able to ship my order, and it turned out as she had said.

Great buying experience, and a tremendously high-quality product! I’m so glad I found this company. The only downside is the time from order to fulfillment can be quite long.

It feels like a quality made blanket. I enjoy snuggling up it it.

Outstanding experience. Woolroom’s products are natural, very high quality and they are responsive. Plan on buying again for a winter weight comforter.
