Endless patience, best prices.
Rahul has endless patience with my eccentric requests and always comes up with a better fare than I can find online. This is the sixth year I've used TWM for my numerous flights. Not once have I been disappointed. Keep up the good work!

Prices not as advertised and hard sell
The prices are nowhere near those advertised on the website. The price quoted had increased the following day and then yet again within the same phone call. Also I felt very pressured to book quickly. Although everything seems sorted, with post sale emails etc, and the agent was pleasant, it's at a much higher cost than anticipated and I don't feel overly inspired with trust.
