I booked a ticket to msuritius via Kenya Airways the customer service was very patient to inform me ecery details of my flights from departure to return back

I don't have a bad word to say about the wise miser and Jay who mostly helps me get all booked with the best prices I have to say they are the best out there wouldn't go anywhere else for my flights and I recommend to everyone as I've been booking with them for about 10years now so I have plenty of experience with this company and nothings ever went wrong x

They don’t even deserve 1 star but no option to not leave any 🤬
I booked and paid for my flights to and from Fiji back in July.
4 weeks before travel I was to be sent my tickets
However 4 weeks 3 days before travel I received a text stating scheduled change to check my email, on checking my email they claimed the flight had been cancelled, I contacted the airline 100% not cancelled, They then emailed stating the airline cancelled my booking with no explanation again I contacted the airline to be told Wise Miser should have sent my full payment to them by 6th Of September BUT THEY DIDNT, They didn’t at any point attempt to give my part of money to the airline, which resulted in my booking being cancelled. This was 27 days before they even tried contacting me with their lies.
Their last attempt at trying to get out of it is that because I paid in instalments over 14 days that they couldn’t book my flight, They say this was on 29th July the date I had to make full payment by. The airline confirms my booking was there the entire time until the 6th September and the only reason it’s gone is because Wise Miser Didn’t pay them.
They refuse to reinstate my flight as it will cost them 2300 but will re book it if I pay the 2300
Why should I pay a penny?
This is totally their fault
Not mine in any way
I have used Wisemiser since 2016
I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and will ensure no one else does either

Even after they were caught out with their lies instead of apologising they just came up with another, Thankfully all via email so I have all the evidence.

I cant believe how unprofessional they are over the phone, the women was very demanding and asking for what price I can offer? How does that make sense and telling me ridiculous prices!
I dont think ill be ever be disccusing anything regarding my flights with them again! First and Last call they need to improve on their customer service

WiseMiser are an intermediary for Citrus Holidays. So when you book with Citrus using a Credit card you are not protected by a "debtor-credit-supplier" agreement under section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. As result there is no protection.
Citrus holidays have had my money for almost 18 months and have nothing but excuses. Suggest you stay well away.

PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, WISERMISER /CITRUS HOLIDAYS - I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS NOW!! ALL THE NUMBERS ARE NOT IN SERVICE.

I HAD AN EMERGENCY THAT I HAVE TO TRAVEL UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO PANDEMIC SITUATIONS THERE WAS A CONSTANT CHANGE OF PROTOCOLS THAT ENDED ME NOT TRAVELLING I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN CHANGE MY DATE AND PAY THE BALANCE NEARER THE TIME AND IF I CHANGE MY MIND I CAN REFUND IT AS IT IS UNDER THE COVID GUIDANCE I WAS TRUSTING THEM SO MUCH THAT I CHANGED MY TRAVEL DATES BUT UNFORTUNATELY JUST LEPT GETTING CANCELLED TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE I HAVE PUT IN ANOTHER DEPOSIT FOR MY PARTNER AND DAUGHTER HOPING WE CAN TRAVEL SOON(BEAR IN MIND FARES ARE SO MUCH HIGHER AT THE MOMENT) KEPT CONTACTING THEM BUT THE RESPONSE WAS SO POOR,I TOLD THEM TO EMAIL ME AS ITS BETTER FOR ME AS I WORK NIGHTS,JUST BEING IGNORED)ANYWAY, TO CUT THE STORY SHORT WHEN I FOLLOWED IP WEEKS AGO I WAS TOLD THAT MY CASE WAS CLOSED AND NO REFUND WHATSOEVER IS GOING TO HAPPEN.THEY JUST BLATANTLY ROBBED ME , TRIED CALLING THEM NO REPLY, EMAILED THEM NO REPLY..TRIED THE WEBSITE CHAT SERVICE BEING PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME BUT UP TO NOW (NEARING 4 WEEKS NOW) NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME.
BTW, THESE INTENDED FLIGHTS WAS MEANT TO BE LAST MARCH 2021, THEN SEPT 2021 THEN SUPPOSED TO BE MARCH 2022, BUT ALL MY DEPOSITS WERE JUST TAKEN OFF ME…

Requested a refund 18 weeks ago, not received or heard anything back from these guys in weeks . Have called and emailed numerous times but still not got my money back !! I called the airline who informed me that they had issued refunds months ago & that all the travel agents should have the money. Disgusting service

Would give a 0 star if I could. Brought tickets through the wiser in January that got cancelled in march!! They are ignoring my calls and have not refunded refunded me yet!! I am going through my bank now to try and get the money back.

i have booked the 2 weeks holidays to turkey with JIM from wisemiser (Jim-citrusholidays.co.uk) wih my child only to find out that the flight they booked has no main lugagge included only hand luggage. Not only i have provided the agent with the hotel details and flight details because he couldnt find anything within my budget (which was a total lie because there were many hotels avaliable when i looked ) but he blaimed on me that i didnt mention im gonna need a luggage (like if im going on 2 weeks vacation with a child with just a hand luggage !)

disgusting company and rip off , just want to make any bookings and take your money.
they should be grateful i have booked with them despite the covid situation !
because of their mistake i have to pay extar £120 to have enough clothes taken on 2 weeks vacation

I booked a flight 3 days ago for me and my son
To dalaman from Glasgow
For July 19
When I booked and paid for the flight
It said I was flying out business class
And flying back premium economy
That’s bigger seating I needed due to my disability
Then next day I get email from the wise miser saying I’m flying out and back in economy
I’ve been stung
I have now raised a complaint with these people I know il get knowhere
But hopefully ombudsman listens to me once I go through there complaints procedure

Yous blocked my two email accounts

I’ve already reported yous to action fraud and fraud team at my bank

The wise miser still not got back to me
Over a month later
At the end of day
I booked a flight flying out business class and back premium economy
They are now telling me I did book that flight but it was a computer glitch lol
So now they are refusing to honour that booking and took the easy option and refunded my cash
Now a company that does not honour a booking
Is that a company that you would want to use ???
I emailed them several time asking them to honour the booking or compensate me accordingly
They would not reply to my emails
Now is that the kind of company anyone would use ???
I lost out on my 14 day holiday
I cut it to 9 days to get this flight. Now the hotel fully booked so I cannot get my 14 day holiday

I’m asking on here to the wise miser to sort this out

And they also reported me to trustpilot
Trying to get this add removed rather than do the right thing

i FOUND THEY FOUND THEY DATES i WANTED AND THE PRICES WISE HS BEEN GREAT.THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE AND CHEAP COMPERED TO OTHER AIRLINE AGENTS I HAVE COME ACROSS.
THEY ARE VERY WAR WELCOMING AND ARE VERY PATIENT WITH THE CUSTOMERS.

They always try to get me what I need. I'm traveling long haul with a child and they try to get the dates price and connections as best as possible for me. I have used wisemiser for over 10 years and highly recommend them .
