All round good experience, from Theresa's initial sales visit (much more comfortable than the usual pushy salesperson), to the negotiation of a good price, to speedy delivery and efficient installation by Kieran and Steve. Looks great. Recommended.

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt it was deserved so here goes….

From the initial enquiry via email, to the visit from a delightful lady (I forget her name) (edited - it was Theresa I believe) it was all done perfectly with no pressure at all. We loved the product and the price, although more expensive than we had from 2 others,we felt was worth it

We had some questions after the surveyor visited and these were expertly and honestly answered by the manager Adam Smith . He really sealed the deal for us

The 3 windows were fitted superbly by 2 chaps who worked in the rain and we couldn’t be happier. A genuine 1st class service

We will be returning for more when our extension is completed

Mark did his company proud, Mark praised his company after care and product, he said a company worth going the extra mile for.

This company could benefit from not being so pushy, they also need to not insult people’s intelligence with their sales tactics. People should not be made to feel uncomfortable in their own home like I was, maybe training salesman on their people skills would be a benefit to the company? A sale should not be forced on someone, they should be allowed time to think about it which from my experience with this company does not allow.

Lovely customer service from Wayne and Matthew. No messing about, Matthew was very helpful , efficient and honest. We were very happy with the price . Being able to get our porch done will be a major relief for us.

We ordered 13 windows, 3 doors and a large bi-fold door. Very happy with the product which is robust and looks great. The install team were very professional and courteous. (Great job Dave and Dan)

Really impressed overall from start to finish and would highly recommend The Window Hub. The fitters Kieran and Steve were fantastic, very efficient, friendly, polite and left everything clean and tidy. They did a super job! Everything looks great and we now have a warm home in time for winter.

Kieran & Steve fitted my new front door today. Door looks fantastic really pleased..both the guys were lovely, friendly, helpful and very thorough, did an excellent job, cleaning up as they went, couldn’t be happier.

From the first knock on the door with an invitation to quote to the final scaffolding tube being removed, I have nothing but praise for the professional and friendly service given by ALL I dealt with.
No pressure to purchase, no calls to The Manager to give me a special deal because of my age etc., no quoting at £6000.00 snd ending with special offers and ending half the price. The fair realistic price was readily accepted. Kevin (or was it Natan)?) can’t remember names, worked alone, was very friendly and polite, showed me photo of his wife and 2 children, which was a nice gesture, he was extremely clean and tidy, he arrived around 11 am, very heavy rain up to then, finished around 3 pm, and scaffold removed next morning. The dates and timing were spot-on.

I highly recommend The Window Hub, have 2 more small windows need changing and when finances allow will be calling the same company! Second to None!

We found friendly welcoming staff at the Window Hub Showroom who gave us advice but no pressure to buy. We were given an excellent service, our windows were fitted by professional staff who were very polite & considerate whilst carrying out their work. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering window replacements, and would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff for an excellent service.

This is the second time we used them, They allowed us to order our replacement front door & windows in our own way. No pressure to have the whole house done in one go. They scheduled the installation around us. 1st class service. Will be ordering the remaining windows from them.

The 8 windows and 2 doors were of top quality and fitted in 2 days by one man who left the place clean and tidy.

Excellent experience from the initial knock on my door through to the install of a new door and side frame with window. The initial contact was pleasant where I was offered the opportunity to have a free quote. Salesman arrived same day and was very informative and went through everything without pressurizing me to buy. Price quoted was competitive and order placed. Communication was good and I was contacted when everything was ready for install. Everything was installed as expected with the fitters arriving on time. Both fitters were polite throughout the install and very pleasant to talk to whilst the install was happening. Once completed I was shown how all the locks etc worked and asked to check everything over. Will certainly be using them again for any future window needs.

The agent Bill was fantastic from the start, really informative and never applied any pressure. Good honest service. Fitting was quick and efficient. Would absolutely recommend.

Introduction to The Window Hub was via a cold door to door visit. Usually I would ignore as we have upvc windows albeit some years old. There was nothing to loose so I accepted the offer of a quote. The Sales Consultant,Theresa, attend soon after providing a fully comprehensive introduction to the product and a very competitive quote. The Survey and installation went well, the fitters were clean and tidy, I was surprised that minimal damage was caused to the window reveal finishes by the replacement and any were made good. We had a damaged window handle & two sealed units that required replacement these were put on order and replaced over the following 3weeks. We are pleased with The Window Hub performance so we are going to invite them back to give us a quote for a sliding door into our conservatory.

Just had windows and a front door fitted, from this company and I am very pleased with the result. Right from the start of ordering to find the right windows and door for my home I felt there was no pressure they were not pushing the slightest to try and get you to buy them there and then unlike other companies they were very informative and made sure we had the best quality. The workmen who came to fit them were friendly and professional and I would highly recommend anyone to get their window and doors from them.

We were very fortunate to have two installers, Kevin and Kyle, who worked consistently hard and pulled off a super installation. Kevin and Kyle worked efficiently as a team, paid attention to detail throughout the job and completed the work to a high standard. This included building work to knock out a window and wall to install French doors with side panels, as well as 5 windows.
We were pleased with the time spent discussing our requirements with Adrian (sales) and later in the showroom/office with Brad. Adam was absolutely key to sealing the deal, giving us advice and helping us to reach a price for our budget. We went for the offer to install within 6 weeks and everything was done as promised.
When managing the England rugby team to victory in the 2003 Rugby World Cup, Sir Clive Woodward said “judge me on the finished article”. Well, the finished job for us, is an outcome that we are thrilled with. We would thoroughly recommend anyone considering window or door installations to contact the Window Hub and support a committed local business. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Just had 6 windows and a back door fitted at our property. The whole process from start to finish was excellent.. the fitters Dan and Dave were great. Clean, tidy and very professional. The windows seem very well built and good quality at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
