Mike and Tony were friendly, polite, and did a beautiful job fitting my new front door with a glass side panel (and with cleaning up afterwards). I'd used Window Hub for a previous job and had been pleased with them. At that time, I didn't have the money for the front door as well and the company were respectful of this - not pushy like some companies can be. When I did have the funds for the second job, I went back to them.

The window hub did a brilliant job on my door and windows.
From start to finish the service was first class.
They kept us informed all the way.
The fitter did a great job.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Gary was a very pleasant man. he did a very good job. He put sheets down on the floor to keep the carpets protected and cleared up all the mess after. Would recommend him as an excellent worker.

Second time we have used The Window hub, this time a pair of bathroom windows. Very happy with the quality and our fitter, Tom from the Exeter branch, went over & above, matching the grouting inside and out.

We needed two windows replacing. The service and advice before the job was excellent. When the job was done the fitter was not happy with the frames as it looked like they had a bit of discolouring, so he ordered replacements and they were fitted within two weeks. Great job and great service.
The fitters who carried out the work were Darren and Gary, thanks lads for a job well done.

After a knock at my door (I was actually researching getting some windows) I agreed to sales call. He did the usual look around, then out came the calculator. For 12 (maybe 13 I can’t remember) I was quoted £16000, and here’s the red flag….if I signed up today I could have it for £12,000. Really detest this sales tactic and I have always vowed never to make an on the spot decision. Went local and got the whole lot for £8,000 from a reputable firm. Window Hub sales agents (who admitted they were freelance) did them no justice.

From my first home visit from the friendly non-pushy salesman Sam, my surveyor visit from the equally charming Nick & last but not least the 2 amazing installers Keiran & Steve 🤩 I was hugely impressed with them replacing my new 8 windows and front door of my house on 12th & 13th February. Not only were they very thorough, polite and diligent, they also did an amazing job of clearing up after themselves. I can’t recommend them enough and felt the price was extremely competitive too. I love the fact it’s a family run business and their installers are only contracted to work for them. I chose this local company due to all their other incredible reviews on Trustpilot 👍☺️ Is there somewhere I can include pictures of my new windows & door?

Would just like to say Thank you for all your help. To Brad in office who came out to do quote, really helpful in explaining all and to Gary & Rich who came and fitted the two French doors. They were efficient and polite, fitting and cleaning doors. Would definitely recommend them & use again.

Excellent service throughout. Darren has been a fantastic fitter again 2nd time round. Highly recomended.
