Great Experience! It was quick, fair and accurate. We sold our Galaxy S10 and Note phones and rec'd payment within a week.

I have sold several phones with these guys and they are the best, by far. I would definitely recommend them.

The back of my phone was crack. No cracks in the front. There was a little dot on the edge of the front phone screen. Everything electronically on the phone worked perfectly. They down graded the phone from cracked glass to broken which result in a decrease in worth from $75 to $25. I think this was a lot of crap. The phone worked perfectly except for the back glass being cracked. I don't think this is fair.

Scratches on screen brought offer down way too much. If they took $30 off I would have been ok with it but they took off too much. I should have sold elsewhere.

Excellent offer for a Nokia smart phone, when most companies did not even offer buy-back for Nokia. Process was quick and easy and I appreciated that they covered the shipping as part of their offer. I would do business with them again in the future.

The company quoted me $200 for my phone and paid me $200 fast. The gift cards were emailed immediately. Great to do business with.

I have to just say that I’m incredibly impressed and now I know why the name of the company is the whiz. They received my order and within three hours of receiving my order they had a graded approved and then they sent me the payment link which was instantly transferred to my bank account. I’m incredibly happy it was the easiest one I’ve had yet.

I made the mistake of sending my phone here. My phone was in great condition and was quoted 148 before and after they had it $59. I should of sold it on order up. I do not recommend this place. After looking at reviews they have pulled this on a lot of people.

I had the same problem as other reviewers state below. They quote you a good price, and then reduce the price of the phone significantly, by flat out lying, after they receive your phone. Never again.

I was hesitant at first. However, the process was painless and quick. The amount quoted was the amount delivered.
