Had a great experience with this company, quick to respond to emails as unfortunately some of what I ordered was out of stock but was very quickly informed and refunded for those parts and super quick delivery on the rest of the order would definitely use again!!!

Many thanks for your review re your dryer, please do rest assured that the base and top of our dryers are not made from Plastic Cardboard, they are made from Correx (as in the item description). Correx is a lightweight, weatherproof corrugated polypropylene board. Just like Foamex, it is hard wearing, and ideal for indoor or outdoor usage. Correx differs from Foamex in that it is: Very tough, Impact resistant, and easy to clean. Ideal for the required usage of our Biltong dryers. We looked at using glass as side panels but this has many potential issues, the main one being safety. By using pespex it mean's the whole dryer is far safer to use and if for any reason was to be dropped would mean it wouldn't shatter, and at the same time meaning it keeps its structural integrity intact. Another reason is that glass is far more expensive, heavier and much more difficult to ship. My using perspex and not glass then means we can keep our cost down to pass on to you.
As with all our products we offer a full refund if returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
